This penthouse was a great place to stay during our business trip. Peaceful surroundings and all needed just in walking distance, amazing view from the terrace and beach just in 10 min walk. Highly recommeneded for vacations or business trip. We already planning to come back again soon. Special shoutout to Monica - very responsive, polite and helpful host. The apartment is located inn a great area - Alfama. The hike to get to the unit was tough especially when I went in the wrong direction from the train station, but Pedro was patiently waiting there for us. After our hike to get there, completing the 68 steps to the unit was a breeze. LOL The view is spectacular and saw cruise ships coming and going every day. The unit was clean, comfortable. I had issues with the TV but did not go to Lisbon to watch TV. I was connected to the Wi-FI but not the internet, which was fine as my phone did the work for me and I was not working online. Ann and Rita Have created a special space and were are grateful for the accommodations. They did a tasteful job with the decor. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Great job. Ricardo was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced. Super responsive and helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. The location was easy to get to and move around from. It is a bit noisy as the tram line is right outside and lots of activity outside but other than that, lovely cute place that worked perfectly for our short Lisbon stay.

Exactly as described, no surprises! Perfect for a couple or a family with a small child. Accessible through very steep stairs so not suitable for those with mobility concerns.

The apartment is in a real great location. 15 minutes walk from a station that gets you out to Cascais and 20 minutes from the one that gets you to Sintra. Lots of good options for food and coffee close by, and a tram stop just round the corner. The apartment is a perfect size and the aircon was greatly appreciated over the hot weekend. The shutters meant we slept so well. It’s perfectly quiet in the evening, and a beautiful church at the top of the hill. Be warned though, the hill to get up into the main square is pretty steep!! Not that this is the fault of the owners, just a helpful piece of advice. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great city and the apartment was the perfect base for our trip. The property is exactly as described and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The beach is amazing and it makes a great place to stay while still being able to easily take an Uber back to Lisbon.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, set at the base of the hill to walk up to Pena Palace or explore the historic district but not smack in the middle of it. Quiet, private and super clean. Loved everything about it and our stay.

A very nice house with a nice swimming pool. A minute or 10 drive from the beach and a small half hour to the center of Lisbon. The owner is easily accessible and answers all the questions you have and can also give all kinds of tips on what to do.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Beautiful house with everything you need, Lovely private outside area. Hosts always answered any questions quickly. A car is needed to get around. Had a brilliant week relaxing here with our family.

We spent a week at Daniel's house with 2 families and had a great time. The house and property are not only large, but also already furnished or laid out. The kitchen is well equipped and with heated pool, new foosball, yoga mats, the ping pong table and the barbecue there is plenty to do even without excursions. But given the beautiful, quiet nature (occasionally the dog barking a little annoying) in the immediate vicinity and the versatile beaches (in the west with waves, at Sesimbra quiet Caribbean, but cold:-)) it would be a pity to forego excursions. However, you need a rental car and shopping facilities are a little further away (until the small shop in the village that offers Essentials). We would definitely book the house again.

From the moment we arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and laundry supplies. Public transportation was easily accessible, with metro stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Ana was great and so was her place!

Catherine was a great host, easy to get in contact with and accommodated us very appropriately. Her place was lovely, very clean and very practical. Close to many beautiful attractions in Lisbon and easily accessible as well. I definitely recommend her home and look forward to coming back in the future!

We were four for a wedding in Lisbon and enjoyed our stay in Isabell's apartment. The two bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen were particularly practical. The iron and ironing board were also super helpful for our outfits. The apartment was clean, the location good and Isabel an extremely loving and helpful hostess with great restaurant tips – she was always available. A small note: The apartment is a bit noisy, but that hardly affected our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the place!

Very well located, with great amenities and sparkling clean. Building with an elevator, which makes a huge difference in Lisbon where many historical houses are walk-ups. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Lisbon. Nicely decorated spaces with plenty of room. The neighborhood is home to a number of neat shops and restaurants as well as some wonderful parks. We found it to be a great base for pedestrian exploration of the city. It was very hot while we were in Lisbon and the AC worked well. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend.

Great location and apartment just as described. We parked about 3 blocks from the apartment in a garage that had 24 hour on site office. Little confusion when we checked out because it was cash only, but we could have asked! Ling was great. Very responsive and allowed us to check in early to leave our bags and get on with sight seeing. Great experience!
