The proposed accommodation is located on the first floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Figeac, a city classified as a Great Occitan Site, in a soothing and quiet setting. We offer a fully equipped house, with views, above-ground swimming pool, Jacuzzi (to be booked, at no extra cost) and many leisure activities (board games, badminton, ping pong, football cage, 2 adult bikes...). I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. Beautiful studio recently restored with a decor borrowing largely from Andalusia. It consists of a bathroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with an Andalusian tiled wall. The toilets are separated. It has a swimming pool at the foot of the stairs...
