Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Capital Department

A very nice house, large and very comfortable. The location is very good. You re are close to downtown, close to the airport and the omnibus terminal. Pablo is always at your disposal to respond super quickly and clearly. Super equipped, 3 aires and washing machine to highlight. We thank you very much for your hospitality, if we return to mendoza I would definitely rent this house again

Of all the houses I've rented in my life, this is the only one that managed to tell me a story. One of the most welcoming and spacious places with a magic that captivates you. Alberto is an excellent host.

Exeptional place, the best we had in the area

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

A lovely home in a great location close to San Martin Park. The host was responsive and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Susana's house is very spacious and comfortable, with large and properly furnished environments. Full kitchen for cooking and serving. Cute yard and enough to relax after walking around. The location is very comfortable. The barrio is quiet and quiet. We were very comfortable in our stay. Very recommend to stay here.

The apartment is very large and superbly furnished. The location is super central and Facu responds extremely quickly and friendly to any questions we had. Great value for money! Thanks for a great stay!

Despite being a little more difficult to find, we were immediately assisted by Mariana's daughter, Sofia. She came to pick us up with her family. Super cozy and very friendly! The cottage is between the mountains and you have great views, also over the city of Mendoza. There are hikes to do nearby. If we had problems we could text Sofia and then she acted directly to help us! We had a great experience here, thanks to the help of the owners :)

This was such a great place to stay!! Highly recommend booking. The space was so beautiful, and the pool was really nice for relaxing on the hot days! Looks even better than the photos. Pablo & Emiliano were fantastic hosts, very friendly and with a ton of local recommendations. The place is very well managed and felt like being in a personal little hotel! They even provided a bottle of wine, and breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe which was delicious! Absolutely book this place, you won’t find better!

Martina was an excellent host, the apartment was in perfect condition and everything was impeccable and new, totally recommended.

Easy access, good location, comfortable apartment. But the shared parking needs to be changed, since agreeing with the rest of the passengers to park the vehicle is an issue.

My stay in Maria Victoria's apartment was impeccable! It is as shown in the photos and the terrace above is even better than what you see. Maria Victoria was always very kind. I hope to be back soon!

It was 10 days of enjoying everything we set out to do. The location, central and close to what we needed, made it very easy for us, the garage was also very comfortable, even for a van, very safe. The building manager was also very friendly. The apartment has everything published, you can rest and enjoy your stay. We were hardly there during the day, nor did we cook, but when we did, we had no problems, they have everything you need to do it. Cable TV channels, good Internet connection, sound system, etc. work well. It was not necessary to use air or heating, in our case. Hot water always available. In short, everything is fine. Appreciate.

Gabriela was super responsive and her instructions were very clear. The house was very cozy and the garden surrounding it made it feel super comfortable as well as its pool made it feel like an oasis. Very calm and quiet area for resting. Arrival to the location might be cumbersome but not impossible. Me and my friend really enjoyed our time there.

Esteban from the first moment was super friendly , he helped us at all times , the cabin very well equipped , the sheets and bathroom impeccable , he complied with everything I said in the publication and the view of the beautiful cabin you see the lake , nos super relax .. we will definitely come back

Camila was a very kind and accommodating host, helping us with every step and bump along the way. We felt very well looked after by her, Jorge the manager, and the community in general before, during, and after our stay. A huge bonus is that on the weekends you can pop 10 minutes down the road for Chirivia, which was our favorite experience on our whole trip. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the peace and quiet. It's a beautiful cabin with lovely views, comfortable bed, and plenty of linens.

Everything was excellent. We woke up with the whole mountain covered in snow and Betina allowed us to stay a few extra hours until the snow came down. I would definitely come back.

Cozy little house on the mountain. The view is breathtaking. Easy access to the supply, reservoir, etc. Recommended. Everything worked perfectly.

I returned to Buenos Aires with a bigger heart!! The place is incredible, the view and its host really is a plus. You're in the middle of the mountain and for people who aren't used to it, knowing that Juan is looking out for the guest allows you to be calmer and relax even more. I want to go back. The road to the house is a fairy tale, landscape after landscape. DON'T HESITATE! It's here!

Rodolfo and his family were extremely friendly and helpful! Gave loads of recommendations for things to do around Mendoza and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would totally recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and private area surrounded by nature.

We only stayed two nights, it was beautiful 😍 just like the photos, easy to get to with everything Carlos gave us. The views far outweigh the photos and Carlos is very kind!! I hope to come back and be able to stay at least 5 nights.
