Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capital Department

I recommend it! Very nice accommodation as described. Ramiro is a very responsive and very nice host! Small downside regarding the "next to" the building: - no possibility to stay at the pool during late check-out on the day of departure - The washing machines must be booked very early so if short stay, no possibility to wash your laundry

Clean and tidy place, with everything you need to cook, comes with good ventilation and air conditioning, good internet signal and TV, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Good communication with the hosts, who were always concerned about the comfort of our stay.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The building has security and the large carport where you can enter a double cab truck. Excellent views and very good natural lighting. Hosts are always very attentive and predisposed to our concerns.

The accommodation has a unique view It is perfect to stay and from there go out to see the city and the wineries

Our stay was exceptional! It's a shame that we were only 1 night, we're definitely going back! Mario received us very kindly and allowed us to check-in in advance, as we had an appointment at the Catena Zapata bodega and we could not delay any rsrs The apartment is beautiful and cozy. It has everything you need in the surroundings, pharmacies, market, restaurants, wine shops... The only difficulty we had was in relation to the parking lot, but we realized that it is a problem in Mendoza in general, it is impossible to find a vacancy on the street. As we were in 2 cars, Mario helped us find parking lots that accept payment per night, which was great! We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay in Celeste’s place. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but we really loved the space and interior design. The indoor/outdoor space was beautiful. It might feel a bit basic to some but we loved it. We went in a very hot week and the apartment retained a lot of heat (no AC) but it is well equipped with fans to make it manageable. Great location close to cafes, a decent supermarket (Carrefour Hipermercado) and a short walk into the main areas of Mendoza. We would stay again - Celeste is a great host.

Many to welcome us Cristian, the house is very spacious and the area is quiet and well connected. The kitchen is super equipped and the common spaces, living room, dining room and garden with pool are ideal for large groups of people. Cristian is very friendly and quickly responds to your questions and concerns.

I recommend Azucena's accommodation 100%, a very quiet central place, the house is impeccable, very warm and comfortable. I would come back several more times, ideal to go with the whole family

Laura was a great host! The communication went very well with her and everything went smoothly! The garden with pool is the highlight of the house!

I had a great stay at this apartment. Pablo’s mother greeted me and communicated quickly and friendly throughout my stay, checking in with me. The place is as described and accurate to the photos, very spacious and bright. Having the small outdoor space was perfect for my dog, he also got to play with Mango (the host’s dog) occasionally which was fun for him. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything you could want, restaurants, shops, and the main park. The only thing I would mention is that the hosts live right next door with the Airbnb being in the back of the property. This comes with some pluses (added sense of safety, available and close if anything goes wrong, and a friendly warm welcome), but for anyone wanting privacy and seclusion it may be something to keep in mind. I would return again when visiting Mendoza.

Lucas was the best host we've ever had! he checked in with us ever day to ensure our stay was going as planned... He was very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do:) Being from America, it helped that he is excellent in English speaking!! We are moving down to Argentina and Lucas went above and beyond to recommend neighborhoods and schools in the area for our young family.... WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR FOLKS TO STAY HERE AT LUCAS'S HOUSE! 🥰🥰🥰

The stay was great. The house is spacious and spacious, in an excellent location, close to good cafes and restaurants (including award-winning). The decoration is simple, but enough to make us feel at home. Nelida, Carlos' mother, was very attentive, answering all my questions very quickly and being willing to solve a single problem we had with the shower. I highly recommend the accommodation!!!! Just one attention: from the photos, we thought there were two showers in the house, but there is only one, despite having three bathrooms.

Great place to stay near to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to get around and Mar was really attentive and kept checking in on me whilst she was away to make sure everything was okay. Great host!

Enjoyed our stay and host was wonderful. Allowed us to checkin early which was so much appreciated! The hot water in the shower isn't very hot.

From Italy Albertina gave me a warm welcome and told me that Mendoza would welcome me, Martita, her mother. The apartment is as seen in the photos and even nicer, a beautiful apartment where every detail is taken care of. I even had a bathroom to myself and a larger, very comfortable bed. The location, about 6 blocks from the bus terminal (I walked) and 4 from the pedestrian area, is excellent. The area is commercial and very quiet even to arrive at night after touring the city. There are several pharmacies and places to buy food nearby. Martita is a very hospitable and kind person. She made it easy for me to enter before the time so I could leave my suitcase and at the exit, pick it up a while before my bus left. Every day on my arrival, we had the opportunity to chat a little bit to give me details of places I could visit, as well as to comment on them after the visit, from art to history, to life itself! I really appreciate this opportunity to get to know a city from the point of view of a Mendoza resident, and I am very grateful to have met such a kind and positive person. I felt really comfortable. I'd go back.

The apartment is beautiful, super spacious, well maintained, clean and tidy. Super easy access, and the area is very quiet but very easy to get to the center of Mendoza by bus.

Attention from day 1, super spotless and comfortable place, well conditioned and equipped has everything you need. It is well located there is supermarket , service station, ice cream all within 1 block less. I would recommend it and would obviously come back.

Graciela was always attentive to inquiries and responded quickly. Check in was super quick and practical. The area was incredible, countless places nearby to meet and eat. Lastly, the check-out was simple and practical. without a doubt in a future trip I would come back to ACA!
