A simple and practical accommodation for 3 people. Well located and excellent attention from the owner. In addition, we had a very flexible entrance as we came from a very far away by car and arrived very late.

All the hosts were excellent. We had to change apartments before arriving and they offered us a solution right away and super fast. Everything was excellent and we recommend it 100%

The apartment is very large, comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The area is quite central, a 5-minute walk from Independence Square. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful. Very good location, it is close to everything and easy access. We did not spend much Uber, walking you can do a lot of things nearby and transport from the rides we did passed close to the apartment. Very good, a quiet old smell. Nearby Pharmacy. Carrefour, walking a minute and more. Great and thoughtful service.

Clean and tidy place, with everything you need to cook, comes with good ventilation and air conditioning, good internet signal and TV, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Good communication with the hosts, who were always concerned about the comfort of our stay.

Excellent apartment in the heart of pedestrian area of Mendoza. Clean, spacious, full of light and quiet despite being very centrally located. Within walking distance of everywhere you want to be in the city. Emiliano was extremely responsive and helpful - definitely recommend him and the place!

I really loved the location and the neighborhood, the house was like living in lovely forest cabin. Victo Hugo was a great host, he explain me a lot about Mendoza culture and interesting places. 100% recommended.

Everything excellent, every person who invited told me that the house was a luxury, it is huge, clean, with everything you need to enjoy and have an amazing time, the host responds very fast and super friendly, we had an amazing time and also many asked me for the contact to rent the house again!

Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful Parque San Martín, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base to explore Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attentions. We would definitely come back!

Very large and spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood with shops one block away. Very kind hosts who helped at all times with some difficulties I had with my vehicle and that were not their responsibility at all. They were very helpful. Recommended 100%!

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and amenities you can ask for and more. Both Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to the center and with easy arrival even with public transport. 100% recommended!!

4/5 I don't give it 5 stars because of the problem we had to check in, we had to wait a long time at the door. Constructive criticism, a lot of light comes in through the window, which makes it difficult to sleep, but it is easily solved with a change of curtains, after all, it is impeccable. Excellent location, beautiful building in general, very busy and efficient porters. Thank you Giuliano, I would definitely come back.

The place was very comfortable and clean. I loved that we could use the grill, which made the experience even better. Mariana was very friendly and always available to help. The space is more suitable for three people, but everything still works very well. I'd love to come back!

The space of Emiliano is great! The location is very safe, close to a street full of restaurants and easy access to the park and plaza. We had a bit of difficulty with the shower to heat up in the beginning, but then we solved it. Everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out were flexible, Emiliano's mother was very attentive too!

the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. it has central heating, and it is permanently regulated, so when you arrive it is all hot, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom water is very hot in winter after a walk is ideal. juan and his partner welcomed us very kindly, they were always available, and in the small details. We have nothing but words of thanks for them for their treatment and for letting us stay with them.
