great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Overall we had a great time at ORV rental. We know the area well and love to visit for the day but this trip we wanted to stay for a couple of days. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. We did have trouble finding the 4 accommodating bath towels for our party of 4 but eventually did locate the remaining two towels. The adjoining guests in the apartment next door were quite loud and the sound very easily traveled into our unit. There’s not much that can be done about that at this point but something to be aware of. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Robin's place is everything I hoped for and more-- a rare combination of a peaceful, private neighborhood within walking distance of a useful plaza (grocery, CVS, and coffee shop), a famous local deli/bakery, and a seaside tourist town. You can easily access whatever you want or need and then escape to your home-away-from home. And any canine guests are lucky dogs! I travelled often with my dog and we stayed in many an airbnb. Robin's would've been on her top 3 list. A nice little backyard, very dog-friendly neighborhood, and a 10-min drive to the coastal cliff-top pedestrian/bike path along East Cliff Drive. If this is available on your dates, don't wait too long to book it!
