The apartment has been completely renovated, as well as the furnishings, all of which have been renovated, and is located on the sea with a private beach that is accessed by a staircase of a few meters. It is located on the first floor of a small villa in a complex of a few small villas in the center of the Gulf of Caporizzuto. A large balcony overlooking the sea allows a total view of the Gulf. The village of Isola Caporizzuto is three km from the Miramare complex in Capo Piccolo, but there are various bars and shops nearby.
