The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Our 4-day stay at Francesco's place was just perfect - the place, though small, had everything we needed and was very comfortably designed, so the two of us felt right at home. The location is another plus. Communication with Francesco was very clear and friendly.

We stayed at Casa Vaporina in early July. Casa Vaporina is equipped with all amenities, clean, tidy and fully reflects what is indicated in the listing. Excellent location right in the center of city life. The parking is not close to the house but easily reachable in a few minutes; however, it is possible to load/unload a few meters from the house. Francesco is an attentive and always available host. Recommended experience.

Very well located and central accommodation on the island. All the interesting sites are 15 minutes away. The area is very quiet and the terrace is friendly to relax or have lunch. The accommodation is new and very clean. Antonella welcomed us very well. We would recommend this listing.

The apartment is really nice and also quite clean. But the access must be better described. Unfortunately, the access road is really in very poor condition. The picture with the sea view was taken from much higher up so that the angle gives a better view. We saw practically nothing of the sea from the balcony. But the view is still beautiful and we enjoyed the proximity to nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

An extremely tranquil place to unwind, with an unmatched vista of the sea. We used to have a swim every morning and evening at the little beach below which is just lovely. The main bedroom is spacious and bright and with the windows open & the shutters closed there’s a lovely breeze through the night (in June). We cannot thank Gisella and indeed her sister Alberta enough for helping us when we lost our car keys on arrival. Giuseppe drove us into town late in the evening to have something to eat as we had nothing and was prepared to wait for us and bring us back. Their kindness was unmatched and when the keys were eventually located by Alberta’s torch in a scrubby bit of land they were nearly as happy as we were!😄 Thank you again.

Tiziano and Deborah were splendid hosts, always available to give advice: top beaches and restaurants. To tell stories of the family and the island. To offer the products of their small farm and local producers. Deborah prepares an absolutely original breakfast, every morning she amazes you. A truly magical place, as soon as you get home you'll want to be back there.

This accommodation was very quiet and very clean. Location was great. In a minute, you'll be in the middle of the vibrant village. From the terrace, we had a beautiful view of the sea Communication with Carlotta was prompt and very good. Thank you very much, we can only recommend this wonderful apartment and will be happy to come back.

I stayed a week with my girlfriend in Marieluise's place and had a great time thanks to the availability and kindness of the host. The house is really nice and cozy, in a great location for both evening nightlife and the convenience of shops, restaurants, etc. The house is cool thanks to the good location and is very ventilated. Marieluise was super helpful and kind. We had a problem with the heater, which you promptly replaced with a new one the next day (despite the Ferragosto period). She apologized a lot for this small inconvenience, although it didn't cause any inconvenience for us. Capoliveri is beautiful, especially at night, and the house allows you to fully enjoy the center. Thank you Marieluise for having this vacation beautifully!

Fantastic apartment on an idyllic island. Amazing views from the balcony and nestled on the doorstep of Capoliveri with bars, restaurants and shops accessible within a minute’s walk. There were some amazing beaches located a short walk from the apartment too. We had the best week.

We had a great time in this house, complete with everything one might need, spacious, well furnished , clean. It is located in the center of Capoliveri, but in a very quiet alley, close to all the shops and restaurants in the area, several paid and non-paid parking options. The view from the kitchen is priceless. Manuela is a kind and responsive person, ready to answer all your questions If we come back, we'll definitely come back .

The apartment is centrally located in Capoliveri. You can walk right into the heart of the village, with many good restaurants and shops. The apartment on the 1st floor is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Despite the central location, it is nice and quiet and especially on the terrace you can really enjoy the holiday. Katarina is very friendly and helpful, communication is fast and informative. I can only recommend the apartment.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. Above all, we enjoyed the peace and the view!

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a delightful independent apartment carved out of their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. The location is very convenient for those who have a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in giving directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time at his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!

We just spent 10 days on the beautiful island of Elba. Paola is a super host, communication with her is just great, she is always available, responds quickly, gives good information, is extremely helpful and discreet. The location of the small cottage is a little outside and quiet , but on foot or with the bikes provided (just great!) you can reach the beautiful center of Marina di Campo or the beach within a few minutes. The accommodation with the furnishings and also the beautiful garden correspond 100% to the photos. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and everything you need in everyday life....if something is missing, Paola tries to fulfill every wish. Although the apartment is small, every corner is filled with boxes, storage baskets, hooks,...etc., so you have enough space to store everything. In the end, the beautiful pool must also be mentioned. Thanks Paola for the nice days!

The apartment is in a great location to explore the island. We loved the view of the bay, the super well-maintained pool area, the local shops and restaurants. Andrea has made a great effort for our well-being - we hope to come here again.
