House holiday rentals in Capoliveri

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

In reality, Marko's house is even nicer than the pictures can show! It is very tastefully decorated, everything looks light and fresh and you immediately feel at home! The large balcony offers an incredibly beautiful view of the azure sea, which delighted us again every morning. The very well-kept pool is a pleasant size (about 16x8 m, to 2.5 m deep on one side) and we used it daily. Comfortable loungers with a small sunshield are available in sufficient numbers. We loved the covered patio for meals. The kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped, as is the whole house!! Coming from Capoliveri, the house is located in a left turn on the top right of the mountain. (Note the number 6 sign!) All in all a wonderful place to spend your holiday. A car is helpful to visit the many beautiful beaches and explore the island. Marko is a superb host! Clear recommendation!!

We had a wonderful time at Federico's. The apartment is very nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything. The only small drawback was the shower cubicle, we had the whole sliding door in the shower twice. We will definitely be happy to come back ✌️

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Lucio’s place was beautiful, comfortable, and close enough to town and multiple beaches that we did not need a car or bikes. The views from here were absolutely magnificent. Filippo was very friendly, helpful, and made great recommendations. At first glance, the area seems difficult to navigate, but Filippo gave us such great directions, that we had zero issue getting around. We would love to come back here and could easily spend a long time here.

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

Very nice stay on the island of Elba close to lovely beaches.

Very nice apartment. Small and basic but very cozy, very suitable for a couple. Beautiful location and surroundings. Many beautiful bays in the area, also within walking distance. Cozy village nearby with good restaurants and nice shops, with beautiful views over the sea and the mountains. Communication with host very good. Small terrace with sea view. We had very nice days. Would be nice if there were some more basics in the kitchen such as pepper and salt, olive oil, some other herbs, water on arrival, etc. Good to know that it is noisy; it is a row of some apartments next to each other and you hear almost everything about each other. The bed is a little moderate in quality. And price something on the high side for such a small apartment.

studio very suitable for couples . Great location , in the heart of the historic center, with very close amenities. Great as a base for visiting the island . Parking nearby but very reachable on foot , also to admire the beautiful view .

A beautiful complex with a fantastic terrace. The view of the sea is gigantic! The house is very clean, the bed and sofa very comfortable (great mattresses), the outdoor shower simply wonderful! We have recovered very well and will definitely come back! Thanks Franco for the great communication!

It was in a great spot - easy walking distance to all the lovely laneways and piazzas with a great view over the valley from the top balcony . Loved the light top floor and balcony . The perfect spot for a morning coffee

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal environment between Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro to explore the rest of the island from there. The apartment is as pretty as shown in the photos. Laura is a great host and was very responsive with her answers and was able to give us good tips for the area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back for our next Elba vacation.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

Great house in nature, sea within walking distance. Felt very much at home.
