The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

It consists of a large kitchen-living room with a dining table, a bedroom, two additional single beds and a bathroom with a large shower and bidet. The ideal place for a relaxing, natural and peaceful vacation is the terrace overlooking the beach of Lido di Capoliveri, with the whole family in this peaceful environment.

Casa Nicola

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
