Spacious apartment with exclusive views of the famous Madonna dell'Isola and the Costa degli Dei. Located in the heart of Tropea, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the historic center. The terrace and the breathtaking view frame the apartment consisting of a double bedroom with dedicated bathroom with tub, double bedroom, kitchen, second bathroom with shower and living area with dining room, where you can use a very comfortable sofa bed.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

80sqm house, built in traditional local stone. Located at 200meters from the beach, inside a big garden (29.000sqm property with other 7 houses). No luxury, but ideal for relax. If you like a place where you can forget your car, stay all time in swimming suit, walk to the beach, this may be the place for you. If you have friends, other houses could be rented in the same fenced area, to increase the number of guests.

Winery house with pool and amazing view

The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
