The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Entire apartment of about 66 square meters, independent, located on the street level of a two-story mini building. The apartment consists of a living room that also serves as a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower equipped with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including TV, internet, independent heating, and a hairdryer. The apartment is bright and equipped with double windows and therefore very quiet.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
