Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caracol Beach

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

Ray's place is in a great location, centrally located with great access to both ends of the island for exploring. Good bed and linens, no complaints! My Son likes the place and my wife wants to come back. Definitely would stay again on another adventure. The amazing gift 🎁 ray added the birthday decoration for my son. I should give you 10/5 stars but the max is 5. So you have 5 brother. Thank you

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Gianella’s place was everything we wished for. The views are spectacular.. We travel here for my 44th birthday and I’ve couldn’t have asked for a better gift than to have our own paradise. The pictures don’t do its justice. Everything was excellent 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only drawback is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more of the general building than the accommodation itself.

Everything was very good, very practical and very good location

We had a great stay at Saul's accommodation, the place is very quiet, comfortable, safe and the description/photos of the place exactly match what they mention. Saul and Giovanni welcomed us with a nice touch that we liked very much and that made us feel at home, we appreciated it. We will definitely return, excellent hosts.

Stayed for a day and it's a Great place for the value-it's just as advertised. Natty made us feel very welcomed and is responsive. The place is also close to R1 buses towards the center. Highly recommend.

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

Great small condo right on the beach and in the best part of hotel zone

Igor’s studio apartment was just the place we needed for a fun and relaxing time in Cancun! We wanted to stay out of the busy hotel zone and this was perfect. The studio was neat and had all we needed to be comfortable. Across the street was small, but beautiful Playa Del Nino with palapas for shade. You can see the water across the street from the covered patio. It is a gorgeous view! A few steps away, there are a ton of great restaurants and things to do! Just be aware there will be music playing until late into the night. Karla, Igor’s concierge, was so helpful with all we needed from trasportation to restaurant recommendations. Another review commented on pricing from Karla, but I found her quotes were same with other transport services. We went with Karla’s bookings because she has car services she’s works with so we didn’t have to worry about late/no-show drivers. She also checked in to make we had all we needed during our stay. 100% would stay again!

The marketing pictures seemed a little better than the actual place, and there was no drinking water or paper towels provided, and limited toilet paper products in the unit-not even extra trash bags—all of which would have been appreciated for the price we paid, but overall we would come back: beds were comfortable, ac kept it cool, clean, and barefoot distance to a beautiful beach. It helped that there was an on-site store that has nice food and small items you’ll want and need. You can eat right there, outside the store, and see the beautiful surf. Mau was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Great place, spotless clean. I used many airbnb, in the past, this was definitely the cleanest i have ever seen. Extremely responsive host, always making sure that i have what i need. The location is in the hotel area. I personally got around just fine using the bus, $1 ride, and it stops almost in front of the condo. I will definitely come back.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

Rodrigo was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and offered to arrange a pick up and drop off taxi which was very thoughtful. His apartment felt safe and the interior looked just like the pictures. I also appreciated having a stocked kitchen and a hot plate to cook on. I also loved using the bikes to ride all over the island. Overall I had a really lovely stay on Isla Mujeres.

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself
