Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. We have recently re carpeted the entire ground floor and the kitchen has new flooring so there is no longer a crack in the kitchen floor tiles as per some reviews. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.
