Holiday rentals with beach access in Cariati

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

The host was ready and prompt in all our requests. Quiet apartment, with attention to detail and complete with everything, it was like being in the Own house. I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

I stayed with my mother for a week at Antonio's place. He and his wife were incredibly nice. We responded directly and also in case of problems due to the language barrier, you could find quick and easy solutions. Great place, the location very nice, the sea was not far. We had a rental car which was very convenient for things to do there and surroundings. If I travel to Calabria again, I would like to stay there again!!

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

A very nice, well equipped small house with two large bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a longer stay, also with family! From the bedroom you have a view of the sea, the beach is within five minutes walking distance, the residential area is pleasantly quiet. The hosts are super friendly, even provided for breakfast!

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

We loved our stay at Jay’s place in Conflenti! It was in the mountains and so peaceful. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly; they made us feel right at home. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant that is within walking distance was delicious. We ate there all 3 days of our stay! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amazing! Thank you Jay, Angela, and Mariano!

it has been a great experience at Roberto's flat. just in front of the beach. flat fully equipped with air conditioning. beds very comfortables. will repeat again.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Great apartment with sea view from the living room and terrace, equipped with every comfort. You can work by connecting to the Wi-Fi of the house even from the terrace with sea views. The house is as shown in the photos, furnished with colors that give warmth and the feeling of being at home. Located in the waterfront area, from which you can walk to both the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, bar, ice cream shop and also supermarkets, fishmonger, etc...but still far from the most lively area. Also convenient for families with children, in a few steps you are at the sea or at the playground with giostrine or to eat a great ice cream. Antonella was an impeccable host, very kind and considerate in welcoming us throughout the stay.

The best Spot when you want to spent the Day at the Beach!

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.
