At the first floor,it's composed by a private entrance,a wide living area,3 bedrooms (max 6 guests) and 2 bathrooms (complete) and a big balcony.The kitchen is equipped by fridge,dishware,oven coffee and electric kettle. Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine,Smart TV,Wi-Fi, iron,dryer. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. It's possible to add a crib for a baby. Located in the heart of the once called "the only rival of Rome", at just 150 mt from the local Colosseum, this cozy loft is decorated with a mix of pieces of ancient art and ethnic furniture. Designed as an open space, it will be the perfect place to share with your loved ones. On the top floor, there is a pretty bedroom with double bed and a little "relax corner" where you can read one of the book or whatch a movie(which you can find at our property).

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
