Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

It consists of an equipped kitchen and living room that lead to a spacious terrace with direct ocean views. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. It also has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with an ozone machine.
