The loft is at 5mn of the Castillet and 2 steps from the place République. In a small quiet street you will enjoy both the calm and the proximity of the festivities of the hyper center, from the small streets to the many restaurants, shops, the market Place Republic on Saturday morning. The free parking is 3 mn walk and buses just down! The beaches are 15 mn and Spain 25 minutes. For your comfort, the air conditioning will regulate the temperature of the Loft, summer and winter! Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.
