Monthly Rentals in Carlsbad North

My husband and I’s stay was exactly what we needed while exploring national parks in the area. The location was perfect (about 35 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns, 1 hour from Guadalupe Mountains NP, and 2.5 hours from White Sands) and had amazing local restaurants to check out nearby as well. Not too mention, close to some other fun outdoor spots we took our pups to (about 1 hour from Sitting Bull Falls and 1.5 hours from Bottomless Lakes). The place was easy to find and very private. The outdoor patio/fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs as well as an amazing spot to grab a bite of lunch outside under the umbrella. The place itself was clean and cozy with plenty of space for all of us. The kennel included was a big plus for us and our dogs. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm after long days of hiking. Would agree that there is road noise; however, we were so exhausted that we didn’t even notice! Would stay again if ever again in Carlsbad!!! :)

Well stocked, clean, and convenient to restaurants and Albertsons. The house was larger than I expected it to be and is very cute. AC works well and can get pretty cold if you just got done hiking. Would definitely stay again if I come back through Carlsbad.

My little group of 3 enjoyed ourselves so much. The house was easy to find and it was a very relaxing place to come home to after a day of adventures.

We needed a short overnight stay for our visit to Carlsbad Caverns (~40 minute drive to the visitors center), and Justin's place was perfect. Justin was communicative, the arrival instructions were very clear and it was a breeze to self-check in later in the evening. The parking space is behind the main street, directly in the front of the unit- and while we brought in valuables as we normally do - it was nice for having the car packed for a road trip. Place was clean, practical, comfortable, and we slept well. Make sure to get your breakfast burrito order in the evening before! :)
