Sara’s place was perfect. Easy walk to convention center and everything else downtown. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Check in process was smooth and Sara’s communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and located in a great area, close to everything! The only challenge was finding the parking garage, especially with all the one-way streets nearby, which made it a bit frustrating to navigate. Other than that, the place was very well put together and made for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Booked this location for its quality pictures of an aesthetically pleasing apartment and its affordable pricing. Prior to and during my trip, host responded in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out was flexible. Keep in mind this location is located on K St. next to bars and restaurants, perfect if u want to go out! Ended up staying in and watched a movie in the cozy living room, the outside noise wasn’t a bother. Kitchen has the basic necessities/dishes. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the bathroom including the shower/tub! Would book again!

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Conveniently located close to the freeway. It was very hot and the pool was great, my grandson had a blast swimming! The bed in the master bedroom was really high and had to climb up due to having 2 box springs under the mattress but was fine for us, might be difficult for someone with mobility problems. House was clean and comfortable!

The home is beautiful, clean, smartly decorated and conveniently located to freeways, shopping and restaurants. However, you won’t want to leave the home because it feels like a resort. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Place was very comfortable. It had all cooking supplies to prepare meals. Surprise gift card waiting for us. Will definitely stay again in the area.

Everything about this home was thoughtfully done and was the perfect place for me to buckle down and work on my masters thesis. Enjoyed the fresh eggs, the cozy and complete home with great sound system in the living room. Had fitness equipment, peloton! The beds were great as was the AC. The house had great jasmine bushes which smelled amazing! Thank you to Amado and family for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at this location! This home was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of space and fun for everyone!

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.
