It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room (with fireplace and wood supplied), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, a bathroom and a shower room, and an 800 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Loft upstairs from a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept overnight rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with an arrival on Friday (other on request). In an extraordinary countryside setting, in the heart of a megalithic UNESCO World Heritage site, our small house is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. The house, completely renovated a few years ago, is my grandmother's. It has the charm of old houses that have a story. It has a secluded garden where you can store your bikes. You will have a privileged view of the Carnac menhirs alignments.

Orangery near the sea

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
