This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

We look forward to seeing you in this extraordinary corner of Friuli, nestled under Mount San Simeone, between the Tagliamento River and Lake Cavazzo. We are a few kilometers from the medieval citadels of Venzone and Gemona, and from the Alpe Adria cycle path; the first ski slopes are 43 km away, Austria and Slovenia about 60 km, the Adriatic Sea 80. Bordano is famous for its 250 murals and its Butterfly House, but also for the many sports that can be practiced there, in particular free flight.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

Paolo's place is extremely functional and spacious with a large bathroom and recently renovated. The location is optimal for visiting surrounding villages and several hikes. Paolo is a very helpful and friendly person. Excellent communication with him. Definitely recommended.

Tanja and her in-laws, who manage the cottage, are very friendly and helpful. The location is of course fantastic and the cottage very nice. It should be noted that the electricity is provided by generator and is only available at a very reduced rate (light) between 9 PM and 6 AM. The heating is a furnace heater, which is good to know at this altitude and the temperatures there. Communication was good. The journey can be a little intimidating if you are new to the mountains - the navigation system says 100 km/h on mountain roads and thus calculates the travel time earlier. But you're more likely to be traveling at 30-50 km/h. It's good to find your way

Very comfortable, clean, nice apartment. We are 4 member family and felt there very satisfied. There is a lot of parking places directly in front of the house (incl. EV charging station). Thermal spa, beatiful skiing in Zoncolan ski area. Stefania provided clear instructions, all needed info, always answered very quickly. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay in Sutrio, located at the foot of Monte Zoncolan, where I was able to do many bike rides to train. Grandma's apartment was new, clean and very spacious: there was enough room for luggage and bicycles. There was a local bar, a supermarket, a butcher shop, and a bakery, all within a 300-meter walk from the apartment. I rode every day directly out the door and was able to visit Zoncolan, Sappada, Sauris, Tolmezzo, Chiusaforte, Ampezzo, Ovaro and many other surrounding towns and villages, even going beyond the border with Austria! Michael and his family were very kind and showed me the local carpentry workshop and even took me for a coffee at the local bar. I am very grateful for their hospitality and generosity and I hope to return next year!
