Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. We are around the corner from Middletown park which offers free summer Friday concerts and Monday farmers market. Other amenities are pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Walking distance to some great eateries. Five minute walk to the beach. Wind down after the beach in an aromatherapy. Not child proofed.
