Cute, quaint loft close to boardwalk and restaurants - was able to see fireworks from place!

We loved our trip to Ingrid’s Place! The beach was great, and there were lots of provided beach chairs, sand toys, and other items provided in the private closet on the bottom level. We even stored our own items that we brought there so that we didn’t drag in/ have to carry up the stairs anything that we absolutely didn’t have to. We saw dolphins while were there one day! My kids also loved the bunk beds and swimming in the pool. Having the washer and dryer was great, as we were able to come home with clean clothes instead of hours of laundry. Be sure to use the provided placard for your car as soon as you arrive at the complex- we saw someone else’s car being towed! Overall, we were incredibly pleased and would stay at Ingrid’s place again!

Sarah was a wonderful host! My husband and I had not visited Carolina Beach in many years. We enjoyed our quick get away for our anniversary. We love spending time in the beach community, being near the water, hearing the ocean waves and the views. However due to health reasons, I’m not able to tolerate a lot of sun exposure with laying on the beach. Which made Sarah’s condo the perfect place for us! The condo was nicely decorated , very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was very responsive and communicated very well. I spent alot time on the patio/deck enjoying the ocean views and listening to the waves. We will definitely book again and I would recommend to others.

My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our stay! It is super close to the beach and makes for the perfect summer getaway spot to both enjoy the beach and have the luxury of privacy! Lots of restaurants and the boardwalk plaza are walkable if you are looking for a night out! We only had the sliding door get stuck a few times but was an easy fix. We HIGHLY recommend this listing!

Beautiful place! The decor and overall aesthetic was so well done and picturesque. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, a park, and ice cream shops. Directions were clear and easy and it was nice to know that only the people that were staying in the complex had access to the pool and beach. Great stay and very kind management!

Lisa’s beach bungalow was the best! It was the perfect location for a beach weekend. The views from the porch were beautiful and the place was beautifully decorated, with everything we could’ve needed. The boardwalk was close and we were able to bike ride there with the bikes Lisa provided. Definitely would stay again!

I stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s birthday weekend, and overall, it did exactly what we needed it to do — a place to sleep, shower, and recharge after a day at the beach. The location was definitely the highlight: just a minute or 2 walking distance from the beach and in a great area with lots within distance; we rented bikes and got around super easily. It made getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops a breeze, which was a huge plus. One thing that really stood out was how helpful and responsive the host was throughout our stay. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which definitely added to the experience. The space itself was pretty small. It was fine for a short trip; keep in mind, we were 4 young adults. So if you’re expecting something roomy or luxurious, this might not be it. Still, for our purpose — celebrating a birthday and soaking up the sun — it worked out well. I’d say the value is in the location more than the space itself.

This was a beautiful, spotless condo with plenty of room for the 7 of us that went. Ocean front with a pool. Easy walk to beach. A few chairs and an umbrella available as well as some sand toys if you have kids. Large balcony with table and chairs. Quiet area but able to walk to most everything. Austin was so nice and responsive to every question in a timely manner. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Perfect location, beautiful unit, exceptionally clean. We couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Even though it was close to the pavilion we had no noise at night. We will definitely keep this one on our list to return to!

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Lacy's place! The condo is even cuter than it looks in the photos in the listing, and it is so nicely decorated! It is the perfect space for 2 people. I am pretty picky about beds, and I think that this is one of the better beds I have ever slept in, including my bed at home! We even got to check in early, which was an added bonus. We also loved that we could walk to the tiki bar at the Carolina Beach Pier in just a couple of minutes. One thing to note is that there are a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo and no elevator, so if you have a lot of bags to carry upstairs, this might not be the place for you. We only had a couple of bags, so it wasn't an issue for us. Thanks for everything Lacy! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend staying at Pelican's Perch!!

The condo was amazing! The view alone was worth what we paid. But traveling with an infant and having the pack and play, the highchair, the kid utensils was amazing.

A wonderful secluded condo. Quiet and just a few steps from the beach, pool or recreation area. The family truly enjoyed being at the beach without the hustle and bustle of the beach. Would stay there again.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, and let me tell you, it far exceeded our expectations expectations! Denise's condo truly is a piece of PARADISE! Everything was super clean, there were a ton of towels and sheets and everything you would need for a home away from home at the beach. The beds were some of the most comfortable we'd slept in (including the pull out couch). And the view is breathtaking! You're so close to the ocean that when the tide is high it almost feels like you're on a cruise. We had no issues, and instructions were very clear, so we had no reason to contact the host during our stay. But she reached out before our trip, and you can tell she put her whole heart into creating a beautiful home away from home to escape to. We look forward to future family trips here!

Having access to the beach and pools was amazing. We thought we'd need to use the indoor pool, but the weather was great all week. The outdoor pools were great - showers available to get sand off from the beach. The kitchen equipment was not very clean and the doubl bed was pretty uncomfortable. However, these shortcomings were easily overlooked for how close we were to the beach. Kure had lots of activities for free, but also some things you could pay for nearby, like putt putt or the Boardwalk. I definitely recommend this location!

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! An adorable beach bungalow perfect for a couple's getaway! Very clean and with all the amenities you could need for a trip to Oak Island. Short walk to the beach via public access point, and great restaurants and coffee shop - all within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice added feature!
