We had a great time staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, nice, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It was well-maintained, and you can tell the host puts care into keeping it welcoming. Definitely an awesome place to stay—highly recommend!

We stayed June 21–24 and had a great experience! The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped: bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, AC, fan, large TV, cookware, iron, waffle maker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a coffee pot with coffee provided. There were no sweeteners I suggest adding a few packets, since many enjoy coffee in the morning. The main bed was comfy but creaked a bit. The sofa bed was firm, and the pillows were a little flat for my liking, but the blankets were warm and high quality. The pool was clean with lounge chairs, and the beach nearby was beautiful with calm waters and walking distance to restaurants. The condo mini mart was reasonably priced and the attendant was friendly. We also met a few welcoming residents, which was a nice surprise. Miguel was a thoughtful host—he asked for our favorite snacks before arrival and surprised us with them and two 2-liter drinks! Another suggestion: a table for four, as only two can sit at the current desk.

Strongly recommended and well spotted apartment in Isla Verde. Quiet, clean and private place with amazing front ocean view. Will definitely stay in the near future.

The host it is awesome, always available. There is excellent food at walking distance. The beach it is clean and gorgeous. Less than 10 min from the airport, 🫶🏻

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean; AC worked well; smart TVs; kitchen was stocked with basics; beds, linens, and bathrooms were clean. The location was great! Right near airport, very close to supermarket, and walkable distance to nearby restaurants. Beach access was convenient. The building has a cafe and bar in the lobby, and we enjoyed being able to go down and get coffee every morning! The host was accommodating and let us check in an hour early since our flight landed before check-in time. The arcade/game room mentioned in the description had mostly out of order games, but we were able to play table tennis. The parking garage was nice, but beware the entrance is a little tight if you have an SUV! When we were there, only one set of elevators were working, but we didn't mind because we never had to wait long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel we got the full value! Great price for what we received. Would recommend staying here!

It’s been an absolute pleasure staying at this beautiful place. The home was stunning—clean, cozy, and exactly as described, if not better. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Stayed here the last two nights of a week long PR trip. The apartment is nicely stocked with beach supplies including towels, a cooler, chairs and more. Having a washer and dryer was great after several days of island hopping.

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

Awesome location with an amazing view of the beach. The place has everything you’d need and is super convenient for anyone that loves the beach. The apartment is very cozy and clean. The host is also very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Eddie’s place was an awesome place with everything you can think of that you will need. The place was extremely clean and had coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and so much more. The pool was so clean and it felt like I basically had to myself. If you’re looking to be on the strip, this is the place to be! I am also a host and I highly recommend this apartment.

This home was just as advertised. It is located in a location that is close to everything. The house was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The host Thauana is very quick to respond to any question that you have and also very helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

House was amazing and the views were picturesque. our family spent hours enjoying the pool and gazebo area. The locks on the doors and gates outside definitely helped us feel save with our more "adventurous" little ones. Thanks Cuyler!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

Pictures don’t do the place justice…we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, even when we left something behind it was easy to contact Annie to retrieve it…10/10 and would definitely stay here again

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.

Place was nice! Host was responsive. When GPS sent to another location She was right in and came to find us where we were located.

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!
