Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb for our bachelor trip in San Juan! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The host was super responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The place itself was clean, spacious, and perfectly located, just minutes from the beach, Old San Juan, and all the nightlife we were looking forward to. Whether we were relaxing at the house, heading out for dinner and drinks, or exploring the island, this spot was the ideal home base. The amenities were great, and the setup was perfect for a group of guys looking to celebrate, unwind, and make some awesome memories. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the comfy beds to the stocked kitchen and chill hangout areas. Highly recommend this Airbnb to any group looking to have a great time in Puerto Rico. We’d 100% book again!

great place to stay! very clean and safe area. kia was very helpful and kind, overall a great host! the room closest to the front door can get a bit noisy if there’s other people right outside but it didn’t bother us much. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

My trip to PR was short but jam packed with activities, and this place was a good place to stay after a long day of exploring. Super calm and quiet area. Comfy and comfy apartment. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in San Juan. The host, Ruben, was amazing—he was attentive, responsive, and made sure all my needs were met. Any time I asked for something, he handled it right away. The place was small but cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place! Lived near most restaurants and supermarkets and close to most beautiful spots for pictures

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

Wow. What a place. This is a great property, less than a block from the ocean, and with a nice view from the front balcony. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the property and Cecilia was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and a very generous soul. The property also had some beach chairs which was great for us. We had a great stay and would return again! Thanks so much, for a great stay, Cecilia!

My family enjoy the stay. Blanca was a very friendly host she picked me up and checked to see if I wanted to go get food and to the store until I got a rental car. Fan wasn't working she brought another one. She doesn't speak English but download translator and communication was very easy. Her husband was nice also. I recommend staying if you don't mind driving 35-45 mins. To San Juan and sju Airport, but there are places close by to explore.

Gil’s casita was so beautiful, clean and cozy. As a host Gil was very attentive and fast in responding to any questions I may have. His home was extremely clean, organized up to date and cozy. I was very satisfied with his home and his service. He accommodated my reservation on a last minute basis, since my other Airbnb didn’t work out. He responded quickly and gave me the peace of mind that I needed after things not working out with another host. I’m so thankful for his quick response and accommodation. I will definitely book with him again in the future.

Eduardo’s home was lovely and they were extremely responsive and cooperative. It was a pleasure staying at their home and visiting PR.

Words can’t describe the view of Amy’s place. You can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the evening. You feel right at home, it’s cozy and homey. Book this condo, you won’t regret it!!!

Marissa is quick to respond to any of your doubts or questions you may have. This is my first Airbnb experience and Marissa made me feel at ease with how the check-in process work and where to park. I am extremely grateful for Marissa’s hospitality and look forward to repeating my stay in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at Damary’s place, especially the beachfront view every morning!! The beach in front of the apartment is a surf beach, so it is not crowded, it was the perfect spot to relax! We had some issues at check-in, but Damary’s made sure we were taken care of, we appreciated her quick response! Overall it was an amazing stay and we wish we could have stayed a few days longer!

Great location with 2 beautiful golf courses. Big resort with everything you need right there. Very secure area and the view from the front door is amazing.
