Holiday rentals with a kayak in Carson City

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

This is an absolute gem! We fell in love with the house right after our arrival. Design is amazing and everything in the cabin make you feel home and relaxed. Ryan, you were awesome aboslutely in everything and we thank you for making our stay unforgetable. We definitely will come back!!!

I stayed at Nicole & Jagger’s home with my sister and friends for a few days, and we had the best time. Their home was beautiful and clean, organized and had everything we needed. They were clear with communication and reached out to check on us. They were very kind and we appreciated their hospitality during our stay. Overall, it was a great home to stay in and we all wished we could’ve stayed longer. I definitely will be booking with them again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe city and found this cabin to be a great size for our family of 5. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and down to the local beach. Drives to other areas around the lake were very easy from this location. Dave is a great host, always reaching out to make sure our stay was great and the instructions for arrival and departure were very easy to understand and to accomplish. The cabin was clean, exactly as described and pictured and stocked with all the things you would need for a stay. Our kids loved it and I’m sure we will be back.

the place was beautiful, enjoyed our stay. there is a lot of beds every couch had a pull out bed. Even the bunk bed had a pull out bed. so all together there's like 8 beds. the only thing was the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom took forever to fill up. was a little disappointed but other than that great stay highly recommend it. I'll be going back again.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay here with 2 adults and 2 dogs. This home is very dog friendly and super close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, lake access. Our pups enjoyed getting to run around the gigantic yard. An older home with some quirks but was sufficient and cozy. The host Brook was very kind and quick to respond to messages. We’d happily stay here again!

Well appointed and clean, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, usually within minutes. The location is great just a short walk to the lake with grass, picnic tables, a nice walking/biking/running path, and generally a great recreational area.

Steven was very friendly, easy to reach and fast responses. The cabin is quaint and comfortable, if the couch was a bit bigger might be more comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and being that we stayed in for dinners was fantastic, the stove and hood system was amazing! Loved the bedrooms in the upstairs loft, super cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely return and appreciate Steven's communication and overall positive approach!

Marinas place is a Great serene lakes cabin. Good vibes and super tidy decor and amenities. Top notch kitchen. Lovely great room with cozy fireplace. Helpful friendly host and clear instructions to make the most of the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Edelweiss! The house was cozy, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location—perfect for a Lake Tahoe getaway. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and all the instructions provided were super clear and helpful. The spa was a great bonus after a day outdoors, and everything worked smoothly. The only small notes was that the BBQ could have been cleaner—we gave it a quick scrub before using it. Also it would have been great if the checkout was a bit later considering check-in was 4pm. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d definitely love to come back!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect cabin for our stay. It was less than 10 minutes away from Boreal Ski area where we were going each day so extremely convenient. More importantly, though, was the thought put into every detail in the cabin. Anything we possibly needed was there. It was as if I had supplied everything from our own home which is a relief when staying with a family of six far from home. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other also. The wood burning fireplace stocked with all needed fire and starters was such a bonus and so appreciated on the super cold nights. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to come back again in the summer to enjoy it in another beautiful season.

We just had THE BEST stay during our ski holiday at Molly's place! First off the house is beautiful and nicely updated creating a cozy by chic hideaway in the forest of Tahoe! The layout of the home was just perfect for our family, with the rooms separated on two different wings... plenty of space and privacy for everyone! The great room in the middle was the best place to hangout! Amazing and easy to use gas fireplace... nice big TV... and awesome huge windows looking out into the forest. But the best part of all... was the hot tub! Nestled out in the forest right off the deck... we spent several nights out there as snow fell on our head... amazing! And it had a view of the lake! Molly was the best host! She was super responsive before, during, and after our stay... allowed us to have late flexible checkout, which was hugely helpful! Can't recommend enough... wish I could give this place 10 stars!

We loved our stay in Lake Tahoe! This place worked out very well for my husband and our two boys, ages 7&5! We felt like we were close to many activities and loved the privacy of the backyard hot tub after the kiddos went to bed. Place was clean and cozy and had all the amenities of home. Host was responsive and even recommended some hikes that were kid friendly! Would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!
