Family-friendly holiday rentals in Carson City

We had a great stay! Gordon's home was in a great location relative to the activities we wanted to do in the area. Gordon provided clear, easy to follow instructions and took care to set up a home away from home for us. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Tahoe!

The cabin is in a great spot and the layout was perfect for our needs. Additionally, the host was very responsive when we had questions. A great stay overall!

Brenda’s cabin is just as described. Cute and quaint little peaceful cabin. Me and my husband spent our honeymoon there and it was a great place for just the 2 of us. The location was perfect. Brenda was also super helpful/responsive with any issues/problems we had.

The area is so beautiful and peaceful, was beyond our expectations. So many great restaurants to choose, but the best is the Lake!! Weather was perfect and Lake Tahoe is gorgeous!

We just returned from an amazing stay at Drew’s beautiful home in Tahoe! The house was absolutely perfect for our family — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The location was fantastic, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was a huge hit, and all the little amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Drew was a wonderful host — responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Truly our best Airbnb experience ever — we can’t wait to come back!

Thomas and Omar are great and very responsive. The house is very nice and cozy. The view from the balcony is amazing during the day and get to see the milky way at night too. The area is nice and quiet but still close enough to get to Stateline and the lake for activities and nice restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and pets. There's a short trail nearby that offers a stunning view of the sunset, which was a lovely bonus. The location is super convenient: just 10 minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. Overall, it was a great choice and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. You could tell there was a lot of thought put in to making guests feel comfortable, accommodated and informed. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful lake.

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. This is the perfect Tahoe getaway. Easy access to the lake (rocky but lovely) and a great breakfast spot just next door. Would highly recommend if you have several couples or family that want a getaway.

Great spot in a fantastic location. Steps from the beach and downtown. Easy access to other fantastic beaches with just a short drive, too. It is not a luxurious place by any means, but the location is what makes this little gem stand out. Highly recommend if you value location over amenities/luxury.

We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

It was lovely, they let us check in about an hour early, an check out an hour later than the regular time. Much appreciated.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

Clean, organized, and full of everything you'd need. The owner clearly put a lot of work into the space and it shows. Many Airbnbs are bare-bones but this one is not. So many labels and instructions!

Condo was lovely and very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches and amenities. Very well located; convenient to Incline Village and Kings Beach.
