Waterfront holiday rentals in Carson City

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Laneys home was everything you could want for a beautiful stay in Reno! Her space is wonderfully designed, equipped with everything you might need to make a nice family meal the kitchen. We also enjoyed walking along the lake path to the nearby Indian restaurant. Thanks Laney for a fun and delightful experience in Reno!

This was our favorite stay on our vacation. Wished we stayed longer. We felt like home and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect as well.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful walk around the area and plenty of stores in walking distance. The actual room was comical to find with going in and out of doors, but the directions were very clear! Location was absolutely perfect for us!

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

Wonderful setting and home. Very central to all things in north shore/Tahoe City. We had an issue with water - the city struck a water main - and the host was very responsive in getting us info which was so appreciated. A relaxing week for sure.

Great space and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio and down by the river in the evenings. Even though it is a shared space, we never saw anyone else in the back yard. We would definitely return.

The home was beautiful and clean. There was a plumbing issue that was happening upon our arrival to the home and there was a very bad very strong odor. They had a plumber come and fix the issue, but the plumber told us this had happened before about a month prior at this home. I would recommend updating the property photos to not include the kayaks/ boats. While not listed in the rental some of our guests were eager to use them, but were disappointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the showers had good water pressure. If the retaining wall issue is ever fixed we would consider staying again. Overall we had a great stay.

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well stocked, perfect for our large family group! We had enough room for everyone, plenty of space for shared meals, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The host was super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had. Our stay at the Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was comfortable making it a joy to return to after our daily adventures. Everything was spotless clean, and a peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. I was especially thrilled with the river being just outside the house, which set a relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was; it really made traveling with our little ones so much easier. It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

Great location on the water and an excellent view of the lake. It was perfect for a smaller family trip. The community it’s in is very clean & other neighbors were super friendly. There’s a shared dock with little benches perfect for a morning coffee. The north side of the lake enhanced the “small town feeling” with fun lake side stores, little beaches & smaller (more Local) bars & restaurants. It was close to grocers which made planning meals on the fly super convenient. Overall such a nice location and would definitely consider staying there again.

Jordan’s place was fantastic!!! The location is perfect and with that private beach?! 10/10!!! Jordan is also very responsive and has wonderful recommendations! Definitely book a vacation here, you won’t regret it. Will definitely be back!

Great place for skiing at Palisades

This is our second time staying at Anne’s condo. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family of 6. Anne is always super responsive if we have questions or issues. Love this place!
