Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

RESIDENCE - THE CASINA Built in 1700 by Francesco Casanova, as you can read in the epigraph above what was the main entrance, subsequently owned by the Moratti family, it was, until two decades ago, a beautiful manor farmhouse located on the edge of the village of Castagneto Carducci. The Noce apartment located on the first floor consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom.
