Antonio was a great host! We booked for one night at very short notice, and everything worked out great! The communication was also great! The place is great too. There are a few climbs that you have to get up, but half as wild. The only thing that took us a little time and patience was the parking space. It's a strong slope and you drive into the front yard, and it's been a bit tricky. But also doable - complaining to a high standard 🤭

Small apartment, very nice and really equipped with all comforts. Private parking area right in front of the apartment. Appliances in working order, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and attentive host. They left us a delicious homemade cake on arrival, and a welcome video with tourist tips and everything we needed for breakfast. An example of what hospitality should be. I highly recommend it. TOP experience.

House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we would arrive before 3 pm and would have been allowed into the house by then. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To reach the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can get there easily. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan.
