We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Fantastic place in an amazing location!!! Walking distance to everything you need. Karina was so kind and full of recommendations!! She even booked us a reservation on our first night which turned out to be fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon

Excellent hosts. Paola and Constanza know how to run properties to rent. Very organized and very helpful. The property was on the river right where we wanted. It had all the amenities to make our stay as effortless as possible. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay In The Trastevere area. As a chef, this place has an excellent kitchen set up if you want to Cook a few meals yourself.

Absolutely loved the location - only a 30 minute walk from the Colosseum but away from the madness of tourists. The flat had everything we needed and the local recommendations were amazing!

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is cosy, super clean, really quiet, cute terrace to enjoy breakfast in the shade and afternoon sun. Every little detail is there and the fridge is stocked with items as well as coffee, sweets….Best apartment ever 💯Good backery just around the corner, supermarkets just a short walk, easy with tram 8 to the train station and city centre and bus to Vatican. We had some excellent diners in local restaurants and it was nice to get out of the busy centre. But most of all Valentina is absolutely great,reacts fast, could leave our luggage until afternoon departure. She is just the best and made our stay perfect! Grazie mille ❤️

We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . I am very happy with my stay at Livia's place. The apartment was as described: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a large and very comfortable bed. There is a large terrace with table and chairs for your exclusive use. We used it a lot while drinking coffee or wine. The cleanliness of the apartment and bathroom is perfect 5/5. A kitchenette equipped with all necessary dishes, cooking utensils, and olive oil and other spices. Livia provided refreshments, and left water in the fridge, butter, and tea and coffee sets to choose from. Livia is very personable and hospitable. We were pleasantly greeted by her. She recommended interesting places to see, prepared an informant and a map of the city specifically for guests. She immediately booked a table at the restaurant for us for the evening. Very nice. Contact with Livia was excellent. Responds to all inquiries and possible requests. Thank you Livia for your hospitality :)

Just an amazing location , close to so many restaurants,patios, train station, 10 minute walk to Coliseum,Trevi fountain, Spanish steps. Luca’s place is just as pictured, very comfortable, felt very safe, we did not want to leave, would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it. Luca was very responsive with recommendations quickly, and Emiliano thank you for checking us in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Thank you both for sharing your lovely villa!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
