Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Castel San Pietro

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. We felt very comfortable at Susanna's. The apartment is located in a small charming village and you are 3 minutes away from a pebble beach section of the lake, which was perfect for our dog! The apartment has everything you need and the bed is nice and big and comfortable. Susanna even allowed us to arrive earlier and she is very warm!

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Spent an amazing couple of days at this place! Really pleased with Monica’s communication and helpfulness. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafes were great and the house was very clean. 100% recommended!

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

In all our Airbnb stays throughout Europe and the US, this was by far our favorite thanks to Nadia and Davide, our Luna di Lago hosts. Nadia's story is very special and she puts her heart and soul into making her apartment just perfect for her guests. Staying in Torno away from the crowds of Bellagio was a really good choice for us - a true taste of Italian life. Nadia took care of us with detailed help and recommendations as if we were dear friends - we'll always remember her one-of-a-kind hospitality. If you are planning to visit Lake Como, we highly recommend that you choose this Airbnb with spectacular views!

Absolutely amazing stay! Monica and Paolo went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Sending the best recommendations and advice. They responded immediately and even came and delivered water when the shops were closed. The place is outstanding with amazing views. Would stay again in a heartbeat and our trip was so special. Would recommend a car to get to and get around as think it would be difficult without car.

The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our friend group’s trip! The location was perfect with gorgeous views and the hosts were extremely hospitable even giving us homemade baked goods as a parting gift.

We received all the necessary information in advance. Communication was smooth and cordial. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean and cozy as described in the photos. The bed is super comfortable. We even found cold water and beer in the refrigerator. We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

I would like to take a moment and Thank Olivia for her excellent communication and a great place she has. we enjoyed our time at Como. The apartment was with in minutes walking distance from the old town. differently recommended Olivia's place. we traveled from Arizona, US.
