Villa holiday rentals in Castel Volturno

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

It was a great time spending time at this place! The views and sunsets are just spectacular. The rooftop terasse is sublime and therés a great pool and patio area also! Paola is super nice and friendly! Great service from Don Giulio’s Luigi too! We asked them if we could have dinner there from their restaurant even though it was closed and they made it happened! Super service!! I recommand! Thank you Paola!!

I spent two nights with my family in Francesco's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, especially outside. The interior is spacious, clean and with everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. Francesco has always been available and it has always been easy to contact him. We'll definitely be back!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Giovan's place is so beautiful! It is extremely peaceful and surrounded by nature with a gorgeous lookout. It was very clean as well. He is very friendly and extremely fast with responding which was nice. He also was very accommodating and helpful, transporting our luggage for us. The hill is very steep as mentioned, so seems best for more active people; it took us about 25 mins to get up! Overall, such a great place to stay to reconnect with nature. There is also a super adorable restaurant right down the road on top of the hill with delicious food! :)

We met Elvira at the gate, she was extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't know if its was the location or the timing but this place was amazing. Overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Got to enjoy a food festival with delicious foods a few blocks away and the Feast Day of St. Anthony of Padua which displayed fireworks right at our balcony. It is a perfect spacious Italian vacation home with everything you need. It does not have a coffee maker but does have a Moka Pot, and now I know, that is way better!! The roads and garage are tight but anyone who drives in Italy knows this and chooses the smallest vehicle possible. What an incredible experience!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sabitina’s place. The host was very helpful and accommodating, the house was immaculate and yet felt homely, and the location was great. Thank you to the hosts!! Hope to one day return.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Great location - short 10 min walk to train station and we min down to the port town. The views are incredible…way better than the photos. The custodian manager was super helpful. We had breakfast and dinners right on the terrace. We just bought food from a local restaurant several times - better view than most restaurants! Thank you to the host for a wonderful place!

A great stay in this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarinniers and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumults of Naples. about twenty minutes walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!

This Villa was stunning. Ample room for everyone to have their own space, but also a huge dinning room table to come together with family or friends. I would highly recommend this Villa! The pool area was beautiful and you are treated to a sunset every night.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

The space was exactly what was marketed and the hosts were very gracious during check-in; they informed us of the nuances to the property and guided us through a potential itinerary in the 3 different languages that we speak. The accommodation was perfect for our family and we were able to take advantage of the patio space for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Additionally, several of the island’s amenities were within walking distance and a taxi stand was close by making it easy for excursions. Lastly, the view from the balcony is unmatched, especially considering the historical significance of Ischia. We are very grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful home.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

We booked for a 4 night stay in June, Guiseppina was always there to hand when we had questions leading up to our stay. When we arrived we were blown away with the views and the amenities the villa had. The hosts were excellent in providing recommendations within the area such as bars, restaurants and local excursions. We would definitely come back!

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

Antonio is a very good person and his son also, wonderful people, thanks for the gift! The apartment was very beautiful and there’s a pond where you can fish!!
