Phenomenal location in the heart of Sorrento! Beautiful private grounds with a secluded feel, and just steps away from the bustling shops and restaurants. Incredible views of the harbor, Bay of Naples, and Vesuvius. Could not have stayed at a more perfect place!

Antonino’s place is great. The photos do not do it justice. The villa is very nice and equipped with everything one might need. The outdoor patio is amazing with great views of the area and just a wonderful place to relax. Antonino and his mom, Angela, are terrific hosts - just wonderful people who made our stay special. Thank you to both of you. I have stayed at many AirBnb’s around the world and rank Antonino’s as one of the best. Great place to enjoy Sorrento and visit Amalfi and Capri. Plus it has a secure parking spot which is a bonus!

Spectacular view, lovely people, lemon trees on the property.

We used this home as a base while visiting family in Formia and Itri, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos — something that rarely happens with rentals! The backyard patio and pool area were perfect for hosting family, and the garden was absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained. We had everything we needed, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged for a few packages to be delivered to his Conad store ahead of our arrival — which was a lifesaver after nearly 36 hours of travel. During our stay, we spent many relaxing days at Aeneas Landing in Gaeta (you can rent an umbrella for €180 and enjoy the chairs even after 6 p.m.). We loved dining at Contrasti Bottega Gastronomica and also took a great day trip to Pompeii, finishing with dinner in Naples at Al Faretto. We cooked several dinners at home too, and the kitchen was well-stocked for it.

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!

Highly recommended place to stay, if you’re looking for something peaceful and out of the town, this place match up with the best location ever, really great house, clean and we couldn’t find another view of the cost than the place has it. We were welcomed by Luigi, who’s had done a great job and made us feel like home. If you will host here, try to rent a car, it’s highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just a perfect stay in Positano! Villa Cocles is stunning! We were greeted by Marina and shown around the property at check in. She also had a nice welcome drink and snack for us. Everything was spotless. Her kitchen is well equipped (much more than any airbnb we have stayed in) and we easily made two lovely dinners for our family of 5. We enjoyed the terrace so much that we wanted to just stay instead of going out to eat! Can’t say enough good things about it! Would absolutely go back!

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

There are a lot of villas to search through in Sorrento, but really you should stop your search here. This location was absolutely perfect: views of the ocean, Mt Vesuvius, and the sunset; extremely helpful and kind hosts; beautiful gardens; and amenities to make you feel completely relaxed. Carlo and Emanuela have put so much time and care into making Villa Carolina an absolute pleasure to stay at. Recommend for anyone heading to Sorrento that wants to experience an Italian villa!

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. Ok this place was just incredible! The location was simply perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city and tucked away in a very unique and cute seaside marina town on the Mediterranean, yet close enough to all major famous spots. The breathtaking views and the feel were much nicer than what you would get from the surrounding famous spots like Capri or Positano. The house is the best property I have ever been to on vacation. This house is put together with taste and with lots of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was spacious and comfortable (family of 6) and would easily fit 8. The hosts Simona and Gianluigi were just the icing on the cake for this property. They are genuine and cheerful hosts who do not shy away from lending hand. They made us feel like we were staying at some of our relative's house. Be sure to book a private in-house dining experience at the house with a private chef. You will thank me later for this!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Barone. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The outdoor area was relaxing and spacious for our 3 year old to run and play. We loved having the entire home to ourselves. The hosts provided coffee and an array of snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. They were gracious, generous with their information and very responsive to our inquiries and needs. The walk to town is not far but one must be cautious as the roads are narrow with little room to walk, and the cars and motor bikes are many. We managed surprisingly well with a stroller and a little extra caution. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Sorrento in the future! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Incredible !!! Gorgeous villa in Sant' Agnella. Luxurious stay for whole family.

This villa was absolutely beautiful, and Assunta was a great host. She was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us complimentary lemons from her own garden, as well as a bottle of wine. This villa was in a fantastic location, right in the middle of shopping and a short walk down to the beach and more restaurants. The patio and garden views were amazing, even better than the listing photos! If we ever come back to Positano, we would stay here again!

A very beautiful place perfect for our family of 4 with two adult daughters. The location was great when traveling by ferry, as it is at the base of Positano just above the beach. It made traveling to Capri, for a day trip, very easy to access the ferry. The highlight was definitely the patio! Not sure how many other rentals have a large patio like this one! We loved having our morning coffee with the beautiful views, and 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the small grocery store (The Wine Shop, a 2 minute walk - with everything you need, and a wonderful staff!) and bought fresh produce, meats and cheese and had dinners on the patio, using the beautiful ceramic dishes! We ran out of coffee pods and the hosts hand delivered them to our door! This airbnb was a splurge (everything is expensive in Positano) during our travels in Italy, but worth it!

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

Beautiful typical Italian accommodation with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace, swimming pool, free and closed parking in front of the accommodation. Antonnio welcomed us by speaking French quite well. He gives good advice on visits to the surroundings. The pizzeria 2 minutes' walk away is excellent. very good location

When I say these hosts went above and beyond they really did. They could not have been more helpful and supportive. Communication was the best we have ever had and nothing was too much for them. We ended up with one of our party quite ill and Mara was there throughout accompanying us to the hospital and helping with translation. A beautiful place and truly amazing people who will look after you throughout. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

Beautiful quiet environment. Beautiful well-maintained and well-equipped accommodation. You can jump into the pool in the morning to wake up. You have your peace, but Pasquale could answer any question in the messenger and was very helpful. The place is highly recommended. Our tip is to rent a scooter and explore the area. Driving is tedious and stressful.
