The Blue Haven, located in the friendly Gateway Community is the perfect place to come to be contemplative and creative. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with all new amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown and a quarter mile from the headwaters and the road that takes you up the mountain.

This is one of Airbnb’s gems. Jenna has clearly put her heart into creating this space, so special it’s hard to leave. Location is great, nested high up in the trees you can have breakfast with the birds and a direct view of Mt Shasta. Beautiful. Would definitely return. Thank you very much.

The cabin is decorated beautifully, and the host, Lillian, is very kind and welcoming! We had a wonderful stay, the bed is absolutely massive and was so comfortable to sleep on. It was a nice and peaceful retreat for my girlfriend and I! Highly recommend!

9 of us, ages 7 to 89, (two slept in a camper) had a fantastic 5 night stay. Hiking, biking, swimming, games, cooking, eating, laughing. The house is very generously appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. Ken was extremely responsive, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about the area. We all agreed we want to return next summer.
