Beachfront holiday rental in Castellammare del Golfo

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Everything excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the treacherous sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with the pricing, everything should be better priced. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry towels separately. I would always price everything in and work with weekly discounts. So it is clear short = more expensive (legitimate). Once that's fixed, it can't get any better.

Apartment was clean, two balconies with great view. Very peaceful and private. Alessandro was very friendly, responsive and gave great instructions. Would recommend :)

Clean, spacious home right on the beach. Host and his property manager are friendly and helpful. We visited in the first week of May 2025. Rear of the house is sandy beach and famous San vito lo capo beach and its clear waters. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Few restaurants are within walking distance and if you drive good supermarkets options with 5 min drive. Outdoor shower and tap works. All appliances in kitchen available.

We had a wonderful vacation in Luigi's great house. In no time, you will be by the sea, the Zingaro Park invites you to hike, and the village of Scopello is perfect for a drink or a gelato. The host was always available, very friendly and flexible. Thanks to the clear information, everything went well with the self-check-in. And the view from the terrace to the sea is unique! Glad to come back!

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Zaira’s place was perfect for our first time in Palermo/Sicily. Explored downtown, some local villages, and Zingaro Nature Reserve before taking car ferry to Sardinia. Pool area was awesome and her garden immaculate. Thanks very much!

All went great. Nice guy, plenty of parking, place was what I imagined - a little studio RIGHT by the beach. All went great.

Very good welcome from Giorgio, the house as well as the exteriors are very good. The view is superb and the accommodation is very close to the beach. The two small downsides are the unheated pool (in May it's cold but in summer I think it shouldn't be a problem) and the accommodation is not completely private. We were not affected for our stay because the owner was not present but the house is separated into two parts and the owners can be present during your stay. Specifying this can avoid disappointment upon arrival... On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location, there is nothing to say, it was perfect.

Our host was exceptional, responding quickly to every question and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the apartment’s stunning design to the seamless communication. The location in Alcamo was wonderful, and we felt completely at home. Alessandro went above and beyond for us. He truly cares about his guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sicily. We spent a week in October in beautiful sunshine. We loved the personal family nature of this house. Beautiful stylish and creative decor. Idyllic location for privacy with the most gorgeous terrace. We swam off the rocks with snorkels to see some colourful fish. Nearby San Vito lo Cappo was great for food, sandy beach and shops. A perfect holiday!

We were completely happy with the place! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, well equipped and very well maintained - as was the kitchen. Communication with Andrea went smoothly. Particularly helpful: He organized a taxi for us from the airport and was always available. Andrea was very accommodating to us in everything and made the stay really pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Mondello – we could easily reach the beach on foot. There are many great restaurants in the area, and Palermo is also easily accessible by bus. Our stay in Mondello was great – not least thanks to Andrea and his beautiful accommodation. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Alessandro met us nearby and welcomed us for check in to this rental. He was very responsive with many local recommendations, and helped us find interesting things to do in the area. As a host, he went above and beyond, offering help for many different things. The location is incredible. Nearby are stairwells to two pristine beaches, several restaurants and historical attractions. It is about 7 minutes walk to central bus station that will take you throughout Trapani and to the base of the Erice cable car. It is about 12 minutes walk to the marina in case you are planning to take a boat ride. Overall, we felt so fortunate to stay here and would recommend it to any family.

Great spot. The hot tub doesn’t actually get “hot” - about 32° - but still a nice vibe.
