Strategic location both by car and on foot. The house is very close to the center and a 10-minute walk from the first beach, Cala Petrolo, and its promenade, Spiaggia Playa, 20/30 m. always on foot. The house has numerous amenities: an excellent washing machine, an excellent dishwasher, a clothesline, air conditioning, and much more.
