Luminoso appartamento a Castello, tra San Marco e i Giardini della Biennale

M0270426621 Trova il tuo spazio da vero veneziano. Scopri gusto, arredi e ospitalità tipicamente lagunari, quadri del '700, pavimenti caratteristici e gli immancabili ricordi di viaggio. La serenità e le vedute, poi, ti faranno innamorare. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort: è arredata con arredi originali di pregio contaminati da inserti di design contemporaneo. Soffitti alti con travi a vista, pavimento antico nel tipico “terrazzo alla veneziana”, grandi finestre a tutta altezza lo rendono molto luminoso e accogliente. L’appartamento è stato ristrrutturato completamente nella primavera del 2018. Vi attenderemo alla fermata Arsenale. Vi accompagneremo poi all'appartamento per fare il check in insieme. Vi mostreremo l'appartamento e vi daremo indicazioni sulla città se richieste. Vi chiederemo i vostri dati (passaporto o carta di identità) di pagare la tassa di soggiorno della città, € 4 per persona per notte. L'appartamento si trova in una calle silenziosa e poco turistica, che consente di vivere una vera vita locale. Conoscerai il quartiere anche attraverso la piccola guida redatta da noi (librerie di zona nel dettaglio!) che troverai a disposizione. A 5 minuti c'è la fermata vaporetto Arsenale, da qui puoi andare all'aeroporto o alla stazione dei treni, o al lido. Soggiorno: in soggiorno troverete, un divano molto comodo e due poltroncine con stampe e tessuto rivisitato in uno scenario caratterizzato da arredi in stile veneziano, un quadro del 700' di importante dimensione, il tutto abbinato ad oggetti e lampade di design. Cucina nuova dotata di tutti gli optional, tra cui i, il bollitore per il the, caffettiera , oltre a tutte le stoviglie necessarie per poter cucinare per 4 persone, un fantastico tavolo di design con 4 sedie in stile veneziano. Camera da letto1: vista su chiesa e campo vi si trova un letto matrimoniale con comodini e lampade per lettura piu il bagno completo adiacente Camera da letto 2 : vista su campo veneziano e canale, due letti singoli , armadio e porta valige piu bagno completo adiacente . Toilette: i bagni nuovi sono dotati di finestra e di una comoda doccia, oltre che del set di cortesia fornito all’arrivo, asciugacapelli e asciugamani.

We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
