Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

Absolutely the place to stay when visiting Venice!!! It was peaceful and quaint and absolutely gorgeous!!! Very comfortable place to come back to after a long day of touring the city.

This was a peaceful stay in Venice! Our location was perfect for access to the water buses and walkable distance to all the amazing sights while also in a quiet peaceful place!

Yayoi was super helpful. Very detailed instructions how to find the air bnb. As confusing as Venice can be. Easy directions on how to enter Any questions we had she was fast to respond. We attended a wedding so it was in the perfect location close to the venue. Super quiet, never heard the neighbours.

Maddalena’s apartment in Venice is truly a gem! We found the location to be in a quieter area of Venice, while still being incredibly walkable to all the sites. Maddalena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. The cherry on top is the view from the balcony, which truly left us speechless. Maddalena, thank you for sharing your place with us! We can’t wait to visit Venice again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Close to everything, but off the beaten path so the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more! The washer dryer and bathtub were definitely helpful!! Our only regret was that we had to leave! ❤️

A lovely apartment in a quieter area of the city. The street outside has the canal and plenty of local bars and restaurants. The terrace was perfect for our morning coffee or afternoon relax, pretty quiet overlooking rooftops. Walking distance to all the tourist spots, or easy to get to by water taxi. The apartment has lovely traditional decor and is clean and spacious. The only thing to consider is it is up 3 flights of stairs, and has very low ceilings / beams so may be difficult if you are tall. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Francesca

A beautiful place to stay in Venice with beautiful canal view. Free and far away from tourists and feels so peaceful early mornings and late evenings. The apartment is in 4th floor, the view from the top is breath taking. Host replied to my messages promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent address, a very well located apartment, in the greenery, very bright where it is good to rest. And above all, an extremely attentive host to our needs, very friendly who does not hesitate to communicate her good addresses. A big thank you for these few days in this Dorsoduro that we love so much. We'll be back!

We had a great stay. The only possible issue one might have is that the first flight of stairs going up is steep so heavy luggage or a back problem could be an issue. Everything thing else was fine. Christina who did our check in is very helpful!

Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

It was a pleasure to stay with Viorica once more. The third floor flat has a wonderful terrace with a retractable awning that provides full cover. We had lunch and drinks on our own terrace every day. Viorica is a lovely person who takes pride in ensuring all is perfect and you have a great stay. My wife has brilliant chat with Viorica, practising her Italian language skills. We visit a lot of local restaurants, with fabulous food on offer. The location is very good and easy to use as a central point to allow walking to all the areas. We have visited Venice on many occasions and confirm that this is the best apartment ever, we look forward to returning in the future. Davide’s AirBnB was one of the nicest I have personally stayed at. The description perfectly matched what we stayed in, very clean and walkable to everything. It was very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. The neighborhood was so nice with a grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Venice again!

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

When we entered this room, we were shocked. The look of the house, including the light and the feeling of the light, was exactly the same.The light coming from the patio below made the whole room very bright, and it rained heavily in the afternoon when we arrived in Venice, so it was very comfortable to stay in the room.It is also very convenient to cook.In addition, we are very grateful to the owner for providing us with thoughtful service, so that we can travel freely with large suitcases.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Paolo was great host. Nadia who works with him is a delight We were there 48 days and he was always responsive. The location for Venice is wonderful with views from Bedroom and views to the private backyard in back. Everything is walkable and vapoletto is 5 minutes away. We came with infant and dog and found location good for them as well.
