The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Gem on the ski slope

Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

The modern, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment in the rustic mountain village of Tschiertschen with a cozy ski area offers a unique panoramic view in an atmospheric ambience. From the living room with open kitchen you can go into the private garden with covered seating and fire pit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
