We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

I spent a week in Maria's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment matches the description, it is spacious and well laid out. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, even detergent was available. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet environment. There is a small terrace as well as a large sun terrace with dining table, parasol and deck chairs. The view is beautiful from both terraces (of the sea and the village). There is also another cozy seating area outside. The medieval village is a few minutes' walk away, where there are groceries and several restaurants/bars. Maria welcomed me with open arms, she is very warm and attentive and also really interested in her guests and their well-being. My stay could not have been better and I can fully recommend Maria's apartment and would rent it again.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful little apartment in a very quiet location in nature. Perfect for two people. Well thought out with everything you need. Kitchen was also well equipped to cook for yourself. However, you should be aware that the journey is a little adventurous with narrow roads. There is a free parking space on the roadside at the accommodation, but here too you should be an experienced driver 😅 Bakeries are a 10-minute walk away.

We enjoyed the stay at Serena so much. The terrace offers a stunning view of the sea, which is not far away and has beautiful beaches. The apartment was perfect for our three children, who had plenty of space and their own bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained and very stylishly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and even a table tennis table, nothing was left to be desired. In addition, Serena and her husband Giulio are incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to come back soon♥️.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The location is quiet and ideal for enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan landscape to the fullest – perfect for escaping everyday life. Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend
