Perfect location for anyone facing the beach with great breakfasts and aperitifs. I highly recommend this home and this agency. We stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. Walking to the beach every morning for a swim was fantastic and because the beach is really sheltered it was always calm. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything was great.

Beautiful home with everything you need. Marisol was very welcoming and checking in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable 15 day stay at Cassa Moritz the bungalow is cosy and the enclosed garden is ideal for barbecues, sunbathing and outdoor dining. It is also in an ideal location close to the beach and shops, restaurants and town but in a quiet area.

superb apartment, exactly as described & shown in photos. Great complex, peaceful, immaculately keep, staff all friendly. Within easy walking distance to town, restaurants, beaches and Marina. Sean & Denise were responsive hosts and always replied quickly. A gem of a place to stay and I'm sure it won't be our last.

We had a great stay. It's at walking distance from the beach, where there are a lot of restaurants, bars and a boulevard with a lot of stores.

This was our 15th trip to Lanzarote, and this was probably my favourite villa ever. The location is literally a stones throw from the beach. I could go for a quick dip without even bringing a towel it was so close! The villa itself is extremely comfortable. Beds superb, two TVs, small but perfectly kitted kitchen, good bathrooms, nice living area, every convenience. Outdoor area is spacious with loads of seating and chairs. The hosts were always contactable and efficient. Just a superb villa, we will most certainly return.

Alberto has been very friendly and helpful at all times. The home has everything you need to spend a magnificent vacation. It is clean and located in a very quiet area. In addition, a very important thing to note is that Alberto has been flexible in the departure times. Overall a stay of 10.

We recently had a great stay in this spacious apartment, and it was really a lovely experience. Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment was equipped with every comfort we needed. The beautiful garden overlooking the Montaña Roja made the picture complete. The owner was particularly welcoming and helpful. Said went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and checked if everything was to your liking. Her accommodating and thoughtful attitude has made our vacation even easier. We had a very relaxing holiday with our daughter of 2 years and during my pregnancy. We really didn't miss a moment. In addition, there was a mini market just 20 meters away with a friendly owner who was open until the night, which was incredibly convenient. All in all, we can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone who is looking for a nice and carefree holiday. We will definitely come back!

This was a last minute booking due to unfortunate circumstances, paul responded quickly and got us checked in quickly, the apartment was everything we wanted and was a fantastic location will definitely book again

Sparkling clean everything as new . Very comfortable bed . Gorgeous kitchen well equipped . Had a small problem with shower but sorted same morning . Lovely complex great pool. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to be in a quieter part out of town . But still in reach of bars restaurants and a supermarket . Weather wasn’t particularly kind warm but cloudy . But a lovely stay the fizzy bottle was a lovely touch . Thank-you so much loved our stay at your little bungalow

Everything about this rental was outstanding! From the initial contact with Emanuela to the checkout, the whole experience was faultless. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised and is spotlessly clean with sunny terrace. It is on a well-maintained, quiet complex with a nice pool area and within walking distance of bars, supermarkets and the town centre and beaches. You could not hope to meet a warmer, more helpful host than Emanuela. If I could give her 6 stars, I would! It was a genuine pleasure to meet her and Andrea and stay in their apartment.

Everything was fine from the communication, check-in, accomodation etc. There was prepared something in the fridge and coffee, tea...which was very nice surprise like welcoming. The place was clean, well equipped kitchen and in the night there was no noises from neighbourhood. It's about 1km from the beach and close to the city centre which is also good. And it's easy to get there with bus from the airport as the bus station is also not far. There are two pools with salt water. I would come again and can recommend.

The house is located above a mountain, above Playa Blanca. It Is not in a park, which was a positive surprise for us. The pool is across the street, but that's no problem at all. It's a dead end street, so no one is coming. We didn't notice that you share the pool. Very private! Behind the house runs a path, where you can climb the volcano behind the town. Nice as the first hike on arrival. Playa Flamingo is a nice cozy beach and is a 15-minute walk away. Furthermore, we explored other parts of the island by car and left Playa Blanca, not really our taste. As a base, however, the house is a lovely, comfortable place. Tasteful and in the style of the island. We were also very impressed by the beautifully landscaped garden! Great if you like greenery on an island like Lanzarote!

We spent 16 wonderful days at Udo and Bianca's house. The house is great. Very good quiet location, and in a few steps at supermarkets and restaurants. We will miss breakfast on the terrace. Udo and Bianca are great host. We were allowed to enter the house an hour earlier, which was great with the very early arrival. When we noticed after 2 days that the umbrella was not working, Udo picked it up and brought it back right away. Really great. Antonella was a great host. Lots of useful communication and information about our stay both in the lead up to and while we stayed. The place was quiet at the time we went, with great access to the pool and a 15min walk down hill to the beach. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Fuerteventura.
