Villa Franca

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Apartment with terrace

Independent apartment, equipped with all amenities located in the heart of the historic center. Renovated while leaving the characteristics of the past intact. The materials are wood and stone. The breathtaking view overlooks the Ionian Sea and the Raganello Valley. The apartment is structured on two levels. The second level is an attic with a double bed and panoramic views. First level instead large room with panoramic terrace. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet.

Farmstay in the Pollino National Park

Get away from it all and immerse yourself in the un-spoilt natural beauty of Wild Orchard Farm. Located within the Pollino National Park, the farm is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and nature. The farm is located 8km from the unique village of San Costantino Albanese where guests will find restaurants, mini markets and a petrol station. It's location is ideal for exploring the region of Basilicata's natural beauty and cultural richness such as the Sassi di Matera.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Ground floor villa by the sea

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor, about 60 square meters, located within a structure consisting of three apartments, with courtyard and reserved parking space. The house, with 5 beds, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large front space for exclusive use that is entirely fenced, for lunch or dinner outdoors, and a rear porch. The villa is about 200 meters from the sea and is in a well-served location.

Nestled in the green of the beautiful and cheerful plateau of Campotenese , the natural door of the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on the province road SP 241 ; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as a parking lot. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoiled nature.

Torre Alta: Ancient Stone House with Sea View

The ancient tower has been restored with respect to its history and soul. The wood furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with beeswax finishes, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Art is displayed in spaces. The amenities of the house include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi , kitchen, a beautiful fireplace and a terrace with breathtaking views.
