Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caswell Beach

Absolutely loved the space. The dock was our favorite thing. We used it from sunrise to sunset. It was great for watching the local wildlife first thing in the morning while enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The place was clean and felt very welcoming. We all loved it.

Cute little house with beautiful hardwood floors. Quiet street. Nice walk to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs to be able to use. Zack was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay but won’t be our last! Walkable to the beach and set up perfectly for families. Host is super responsive. A great find in Oak Island!!

LOVE IT! Would absolutely stay there again and bummed we could only stay one night! It is clean, new feeling and neighborhood is quiet and just homey. Upstairs is perfect for a couple and then a couple kids - with nice master downstairs. Back yard is a nice option to get outside. Don’t hesitate on this one !

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The bottom of the house is basically a big sandbox that our 4 year old and dog could play in all day. Peaceful and relaxing vacation. We’d stay here again!

Absolutely Loved Jessica’s beautiful beach home, Super bummed to leave but will definitely book in the future. The home was so reasonably priced, Has everything and anything you could think of or need. I loved all the details in decor, all the extras including a bunch of beach towels, chairs, pool toys and floaties. The kitchen is stocked with all you could need. Very detailed instructions, and of course The GOLF CART! Thank you for sharing your home with us this weekend

my family and myself have stayed at the house of zen multiple times now and we enjoy it every time! Max is very responsive if you need anything or have any questions. we just checked out today unfortunately 6/23/2025 but will return very soon. The maintenance guy Angelo was an awesome guy as well the day of our check in he was at the house super early building a permanent block fire pit to replace the old metal one that had rusted out so we enjoyed the new addition to the house every morning when we woke up! Max and Eric thank you again for being great host!!!

Such a special, unique experience! Amazing location, easy walk to beach, as well as coffee, food and shops. The space’s aesthetic was great, and the layout very functional.

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Sam’s place was awesome. Perfect location, quick walk to beach and restaurants. It’s clear Sam put a lot of thought into creating a relaxing space for guests. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay at The Loft! Laura & Grant were very communicative and gave easy checkin/checkout instructions. Cute and relaxing aesthetic, very clean. Loved that the beach access is just a quick 1 or 2 minute walk away. My daughter and I had a great girls trip and really enjoyed our time there!

Place was great! Cute and cozy with everything we could need. All instructions were clear, check in was a breeze. Very close to downtown and all the fun stuff! Home within a few minutes after the concert ended! Highly recommend this space☺️

What a lovely home in beautiful historic Wilmington! The location could not have been better: it is walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The balcony was an added pleasure; we enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view and tranquil evenings after dinner. Thank you, Steven. We will be back for sure!

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and a park which has a Farmers market on Monday and Friday night music. Restaurants and stores very close by

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Anne was so wonderful to work with and her communication was excellent! Her place was not only beautiful, but it was the perfect location to both the beach and the pool! It had multiple private decks for our family to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The house was spotless and has been very well maintained; and as an extra bonus- it included ALL of the linens including plenty of extra bath towels and beach towels! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

Amy and Richard were excellent hosts. The space was clean, clear instructions on everything, and a welcome book with lots of info about the town, places to eat, menus, and things to do. This place is also walking distance to all the great things in South Port. 10 out of 10!!

This place is a gem. Perfect for a family getaway or a quiet place alone. The beach area was perfect even though it said stay away from alligators we saw none. We were able to hunt for seashells and found so many pretty ones. We also dipped into the water to cool off. We are not pool people, but we saw many enjoying it. The dock looks new and lots of boats stopped to cast in. The room was very clean up-to-date. We have it on our calendar to book again next year for Dance Machine Nationals!

Wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Ryan’s condo was spotless and the amenities were exceptional. The location is perfect for sun bathing or a quick walk to shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The wrap around porch with multiple seating areas was perfect - you could always find a place in the shade or sun no matter what time of day. Sunrises just off the deck if you’re up early were serene and peaceful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ryan even left a pretty substantial ‘starter kit’ of coffee. snacks and toiletries to make the stay even easier. We rented 4 separate places for a family gathering and everyone agreed that this condo had the best space inside and out. Even saying they would try to book this condo on their next trip back. We rented 2 umbrellas and surfboard for the week and they were delivered and set up on the beach daily for us. There are no beach chairs at the rental - so you are on your own for that service.
