Apartment holiday rentals in Catalina Foothills

We spent just over a week at Lisa’s guesthouse. The pictures do not do the outdoor area justice-spacious and private. We loved the fact that each of us had our own suite. The decor was interesting and comfortable. Lisa and her husband greeted us and showed us around. Street parking was easy. We loved staying there and will stay again.

It was a very clean, quiet, cute place to stay!

First time staying at Vistoso Casitas, and enjoyed the location and the layout of the community. Very nice pool. Loved Joan’s condo…..had absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted. Such comfortable furniture thru out the condo. Big kitchen, with so many extras we could use, which was wonderful. The location of the building and first floor accommodations were perfect for us. Hope to return in the future! Great vacation!

The owners have done a great job with this Airbnb. The unit, as a one bedroom, is spacious and very clean. The pictures and description are accurate. The kitchen has everything needed for a long term stay (mine was 2 months). It is in a small development, where I believe the other units are long term renters. The small development was always quiet. The overall neighborhood is quiet. The mid-town location is excellent. It is a residential neighborhood, so a car is necessary as there is not a lot of nearby amenities. If you bring a bike, it is well located for riding many places. Hopefully, on my next trip to Tucson, Monte Vista Serenity will be available as I would happily book again.

The apartment was great! Quite large, clean, very quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great instructions and labeling of switches, etc. Beautiful framed photographs in apt and gorgeous quilts in stairway. Unfortunately weather wasn’t great, didn’t get to meet our hosts, but I would definitely recommend this apt to anyone. We enjoyed our stay in Tucson.

What a great location. Downtown, but quiet and private - spacious and clean. Upon entering, you're greeted by a gallery of art painted by previous guests - how fun. (You're invited to paint your own canvas - supplies provided.) Kitchen was equipped with whatever you may need to prepare a simple meal or coffee. So convenient being in the heart of the city and only minutes from sights and restaurants.

Kali’s place was a great place to stay for an affordable solo trip to Tucson. I was initially nervous about the outdoor shower being the end of February but the air temps were in the mid 40’s at night and it wasn’t too bad at all. It adds to the uniqueness of the experience and gives it a rustic feel. She also had great recommendations for places to eat, check out Tumerico if you can, they have the best tacos!

Great casita in a wonderful location. Tastefully decorated with nice amenities. Only note is the walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear voices at night and there is a dog who barks from time to time. Otherwise loved the spot and found Elizabeth kind and accommodating!

Great place, it was quiet and private. I like the parking space and how close it was to downtown.

Delightful condo home base for exploring Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon. Cozy and with all the amenities we would need. Gorgeous porch for morning breakfast and evening reading. Easy access to hot tub and pool. Diana was also very responsive and flexible. Would love to stay again!

The location was perfect. I’m a morning walker and Sabino Canyon (a mile away) was my go to spot most mornings. Down the road (1/2 mile) was a busy shopping center with a nice grocery store and excellent choices for a good meal.

This was the perfect base for exploring Tucson. In addition to walks accessed directly from the housing complex, the location made getting together with family staying at the nearby resort really easy. Shopping and good eats are just over a mile away. The complex was quiet, with friendly neighbors. My GPS sent me the wrong way within the complex, but Mike's instructions were clear and quickly got me where I needed to be. A washer and dryer in the unit proved very useful! I loved the symphony of birds in the morning! My "Merlin" app helped me identify several species calling back and forth at sunrise. I was tickled to watch a mourning dove build its nest as I sipped my morning coffee. I added boxes of facial tissues in the restroom and bedroom, as spring pollen triggered allergies. A small table or desk near a power outlet in the bedroom might be a useful addition for a work space. Bottom line - I'd return to this lovely host's place any time I visit Tucson, if it's available.

My kids and I enjoyed our time in Tucson. The condo is perfectly located to shopping and restaurants, quiet, clean and he was prompt.

Second time stay was just as enchanting as the first. A nice place to get away and really let loose.

My best friend and I met at Dorian’s place in the foothills of Tucson for a long weekend. Her apartment was beautifully decorated and felt like home—quiet, peaceful, and in a perfect location. It was close to restaurants and just a short distance from Sabino Canyon. Highly recommended!

In town to visit my Dad in hospital, this unit was perfect. Clean, comfortable, gated, and 1/2 mile from St Mary’s.

Jacob’s Tucson condo is peaceful & quiet along with very warm and comfortable. It was exactly as stated on the listing. It is located in a great area and easy to get to other areas around Tucson. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This place served all 4 of our needs so well, because we needed a place to stay until our next house was ready. Those of us who stayed there had plenty to do with the clubhouse next door, such as swimming, and the gym room, and I had fun showing my 2 grand-children how to play ping pong too, and all 4 of us slept really, really good every night also :-)! And the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were both really nice too! (Especially the nice, large tub in the Master bath :)! I enthusiastically and happily recommend staying here!

Cozy place right next to the National Park. Easily slept our group of 4 and despite the initial skepticism at a hot tub in the desert, it was really great!

Natalia’s condo is absolutely beautiful! Pictures match the listing. I came here on vacation with my dad and the place was perfect for the two of us. Great location near national parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Plus mountain views. I did see a javelina walk through the backyard one morning and a roadrunner in the parking lot. Natalia was fantastic with information about the condo.

A very lovely place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great location. We come to Tucson at least twice a year and we will definitely see if this place is available for our future stays! Already checked for our August trip and was sad to see it wasn't available. Hopefully next time!🤞🏼

Nikki and co-host Celida have a wonderful place, that we were happy to return to. Well located to main streets but with privacy and peace. The place is very well kept, with the amenities and comforts you need for a short or long stay. We will continue to visit them when we visit family in the area. They are also extremely responsive, helpful and very kind. You cannot go wrong with this unit or these hosts!

Lovely home, clean easy, beautiful views and great communication. Definitely coming back here when I visit Tucson.
