Great place to stay with a small group or family. Beds were super comfortable, complex was very quiet, apartment is spacious! Communication was great and quick resolve to one minor issue we had with sheets for a roll away bed. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

My family of 4 loved staying here! Being above a Boba tea spot was like Christmas for my daughter! We loved the downtown feel and how walkable everything is. Would definitely recommend, we will be back!

Nice apartment with great location off interstate. If had more time, would have taken advantage of the cute fire-pit outside the apartment.

Justin and Greg have such a wonderful place. The Evermore was fantastic and located in such a great place, close to retail establishments and restaurants. Justin and Greg are so attentive and make your stay so easy and enjoyable. The place was clean and so well decorated. They are top notch. I’ll definitely be staying at the Evermore again when traveling to Charlotte.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Kira's place this weekend. The space was beautiful, clean, and felt incredibly safe, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was super comfy, and the living area was spacious and welcoming. Kira was an amazing host friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Bonus points for the snacks, which were such a nice touch! We’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The food recommendations were great (we tried Joey’s and Toucans) and it is a quick easy drive to the restaurants/grocery stores. As someone who loves to travel with my dog any chance I can, it was nice knowing I was bringing my dog to a home that loves dogs too. Would definitely stay here again!

Nancy's place was wonderful. It was just as pictured. The lake access was beautiful and we loved using the kayaks. The game room was so much fun! The beds were large and very comfortable. Nancy was very responsive any time we had a question and helpful. I would stay here again! thanks again Nancy!

This property turned out to be a really good choice for our month-long stay. The peaceful neighborhood created an ideal environment for remote work, and I particularly enjoyed watching the birds visit the lovely trees in the front yard during my breaks. Serenity. The area offers some wonderful walking neighborhoods, even a bit challenging with the elevation changes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of restaurants and craft breweries within easy reach. Sidetracked Brewery's trivia night became a highlight of our weekly routine! And we loved the Friday night downtown concerts on the village green. One of the best aspects was the location - perfectly situated about an hour from Asheville, Boone, and Charlotte, which made weekend adventures both convenient and diverse. Overall, this comfortable accommodation met our expectations and provided a welcoming home base that enhanced our extended stay in the area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The views were amazing. The house itself was immaculate and spacious, with every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking family meals, and the open layout made it easy to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The outdoor areas were equally impressive: a large deck for morning coffee, a fire pit for s’mores at night, and private lake access that made swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding super convenient. Bedrooms were cozy and there were plenty of bathrooms for our group. Highly recommend for families, friends, or anyone looking for the perfect lakefront retreat!

Beautiful home that is very well maintained. Lots of activities on the property. Great location. We rented a pontoon and jet skis. It was a very easy process. The lake is gorgeous and peaceful. We had a blast! My only con: we were a party of 11 adults and 1 child. We didn't realize that the expectation was to fit 2 adults per bunk in the bunk bed room. That did not work for our group. One adult had to sleep on the couch.

Love your place the location is very private, several deer a fox were frequent visitors. Love sitting on your porch after a long day with the grandkids. Hope it is available in the future for us to come back on our next trip to visit our family.

We had a great stay here for the week, if back in the area we would definitely stay again!
