Jessica was incredibly responsive! She answered questions quickly and alerted us to an earlier check in time. The outdoor space was phenomenal - quiet mornings with the hummingbirds and lazy evenings by the pool. Location is ideal for enjoying sights/attractions/shopping/downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at Deb’s place. It was conveniently located near downtown, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was amazing! The easy check in and check out was greatly appreciated!

Josh and Madison were easy to communicate with, my adult family and I spent a great time at there property, which has a large interior living space and every one can retreat to there own space, didn't really watch to much television but when we did we could actually switch them on hassle free, which in my experience is not the norm, the yard had great views and the operating panel for the spa and the water feature were clearly marked and were literally a push of a button and they worked, nice to go away and not spend time trying to work out how to operate everything, kitchen is stocked with plenty of mugs , plates and utensils , supermarket, trader joes and target down the bottom of the street less than 5 minutes away, all in all had a great time would recommend

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at this Palm Springs getaway! We were celebrating a trifecta of joy—my best friend’s wedding, my engagement, and one expecting a baby. The house was the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it feel like a true retreat. The landscaping was gorgeous, and the space was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy Palm Springs with friends or family!

One of my most enjoyable stays! The nicely decorated, bright, modern space exceeds expectations with its towering ceilings, spacious rooms, and enclosed garage, not to mention the hosts are simply superb: responsive, warm, and super thoughtful (a spread of snacks, coffees and even a chilled bottle of Rose — hello!). As its name states, this quiet abode is truly Serene with a pool and hot tub to kick start or wind down your busy day. The location is also great: close to Target, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Vons, Walmart, Home Depot, Staples, and minutes to downtown Palm Springs and Cathedral City. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Really cute place. Super comfortable bed. I actually wish I knew what kind it was cause I want one. Felt right at home. We will be using this place again

This home was a perfect fit for my family, my kids loved the pool, and how close restaurants and shopping was.

Our stay at Nueva Vista was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully designed with stunning artwork adorning every corner. The outdoor pool area was perfect, and we spent most of our time relaxing and swimming in the beautiful pool. The home was immaculate; everything inside and out was spotless. The pool cleaning service arrived early on Friday morning, and we didn’t even hear them outside cleaning. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from downtown. The house is also walking distance to a park with a paved walking/bike trail that we used to take our dogs for morning walks. There were so many amazing restaurants in the area, and Mark shared some of his favorite spots with us too! We’re definitely planning a return trip and hope to stay at Nueva Vista again!

The house was amazing and extremely spacious the photos were very accurate. I love that every bedroom had its own full bathroom. The location was great! The pool was wonderful! Thanks!!

This place is really beautiful. Huge. Dream house. GREAT yard and pool. Each bedroom is very nice though all the beds are quite firm/hard (good if that’s your thing). The added guesthouse gives extra privacy. The kitchen is the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I have been in. Communication with host was pretty good. I did ask a question and never heard back but it was largely inconsequential. We had a little hiccup at check in but the host corrected it immediately, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this place. I would stay again for sure.

Amazing! I’m actually not a fan of Air BNB due to bad experiences with how clean it is. This was well kept and very comfortable I felt like I was at home or in a hotel. The bed was so comfortable I told my husband I should ask what brand it was I slept amazing. Thank you for a great get away for my husband and I

Beautiful, quiet space to spend a few days in the heat of Palm Springs. The apt had everything I needed, especially the tried and true air conditioning, plus a wonderful and nearly empty community pool. This is a great find, especially in the off-season.

Everything was amazing at Arshia’s place! He was very responsive and very accommodating. The place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. A fun variety of pool toys and games available, very high speed Internet, and very private pool area with lush landscape screening on the perimeter. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Hannah was a great host that did absolute best to accommodate us and make sure we feel welcomed at the house. She was quick in responding and resolving minor issues immediately. Definetly worth the price, especially we were looking for private short getaway on the budget. I am positive that we will rent the place again. thank you Hannah for hosting us ❤️

Gorgeous home away from home! Super quiet, we easily unplugged and had a relaxing vacation! The location was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping which added nicely to our trip!

Quiet location set back away from traffic - beautiful, clean, private property - worth a repeat visit.

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in was simple and the house was spotless when we arrived. The backyard was private and the pool brought much relief on the 100 degree days. Close to downtown PS and the Aerial Tram we enjoyed both. Also took in the Joshua Tree National park and made our way to Palm Dessert and 29 Palms. The house was well stocked with all amenities and a notebook with pamphlets of some outings. He included recommendations too! Can't wait to return.

We have stayed at a multitude of Air B & Bs on the U.S. over the last 12 months and this one is by far the best. Great family friendly location and the set up of the house was exceptional. Kirsa was a great host. I cannot recommend this place enough.
