Townhouse holiday rentals in Cathedral City

We so enjoyed our stay, only good things to say, beautiful uncluttered but comfy and useable/livable spaces with the bedrooms at opposite ends with bathrooms en suite or next to. We are architects and so enjoyed the amazing architecture books (some old favorite houses that I had forgotten and was re-inspired to look at again), plus original (and tasteful even!!) art on walls. Sat by the pool in the January sun each day, and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. This is what Airbnb renting should be. We will be back for sure. Thank you Michelle, so very much.

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and easy to access in a gated neighborhood. Excellent location for the Coachella festival with an easy short route to Monroe to get to the Polo Fields. Had all the amenities we needed and was clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home overlooking golf course. Great sunrise with your morning coffee!! Home was well equipped and decorated nicely. We honored the no music or loud noise so if you want to party a bit probably isn’t place for you. Diffidently would come back

It was perfect for my much needed staycation. Shared long driveway, so can be a little confusing for some. Just be proactive and check your route before arriving. Grocery store right next door! I will definitely stay again if i need too. The family is very responsive when you have questions! Thank you!

Alyssa's place was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The grounds are well-kept and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All communications were clear and timely. We didn't want to leave.

Everything was great - the location, the amenities, the property and the host. The condo was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). There were two pools/hot tubs within a 2 minute walk). The country club is very secure, quiet and beautiful and provided for great walks/runs during our stay. Jay provided very clear instructions well in advance and was super responsive (although we didn’t need to reach out after arrival because he had already provided everything we needed). We’ll be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Char's place while attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The Legacy Villas complex is a beautiful and quiet setting. Char's spacious one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. It's nicely furnished and comfortable. Great kitchen, thoughtfully furnished. All communications were easy and responsive. Would definitely return!

James was very helpful and responsive. The home was very well kept and in a beautiful resort. We would definitely come back!

Jane's place is beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. My family and I along with our small senior pup felt right at home. The layout of the bedrooms provided us privacy and the king beds were so comfortable, it was hard to wake up and get going. I loved the space of the kitchen and open floor plan which provided me with the patio view as I cooked throughout our stay. We enjoyed a relaxing Memorial Day BBQ late in the afternoon out on the patio and the weather was perfect. The grocery stores were nearby with plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed the security of the property and the peace it brought about. Jane is a GREAT host! She offered an early check-in and was super flexible with a later check-out. We would LOVE to return soon. Thank you Jane for your hospitality and for your flexibility.

Great place to stay near old town La Quinta!!! Super walkable, easy parking and has all the amenities you need. It can be tough to find a reasonably priced dog-friendly spot and this is it!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home in Palm Desert, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Located in a quiet, gated community, the property offers access to amazing amenities—golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and plenty of pools and jacuzzis. The house is spotless and fully stocked with everything you need, making it feel like a true home away from home. We love coming back here and look forward to staying again!

Hollee is a wonderful host. She responded quickly and was extremely accommodating. She very warmly greeted us when we got there and made us feel so welcome. Her home is lovely and very comfortable. I loved her decor and the vibe she created. I asked a lot of questions in advance and she was so responsive. I asked if she had an instant pot and she bought one for us to use while there! She really goes above and beyond! I would love to stay there again and highly recommend Hollee as a top notch host!

The townhome was well decorated and I really grew fond of the decor; especially the bathrooms (faucets, toilets, Tile, showers etc). Amenities were top notch & had all necessary kitchen gadgets & laundry needs. The views of the Golf Course & Mountains were as advertised (in the pictures). The place was 2 stories and both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which was great. To be transparent; my only gripe was the lack of room darkening blinds; or a door to the Master Bathroom which made it difficult to ‘sleep-in’ as the room was BRIGHT @ 6am (granted I stayed in mid-May). It was only myself staying there so the size of the home was adequate; but wouldn’t suggest housing more than 2 people (or a couple and 1 child). Overall the communication with Tex was solid and pleasantly pleased with my almost 2 week stay. Lastly the Pool & Hot Tub were literally steps from the patio (which was mostly unoccupied 99% of the time if you enjoy having a pool all to yourself).

Great stay for a family getaway for Memorial Day Played some golf with the kids at the course where this property is located. Ale was a wonderful host and very communicative. Nice peaceful part of PS nestled on a calm golf course.

Our stay at Vy & Steven's Townhouse was amazing! The location was great and within walking distance of a nearby restaurant called Boozehounds, which offers a great brunch menu. The Townhouse is very spacious and features top-tier amenities that complement the building's exterior style and interior decoration. The outdoor patio and pool create a relaxing atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs weather. Guests in the building were very nice and welcoming. This place provided us with a luxurious and tranquil experience that enhanced our trip to Palm Springs, and I would recommend staying here for those seeking comfortable, convenient, and stylish accommodations.

This place was awesome! The Craigs were easy to work with and cared about us having a great experience. When we come back to the area, we will definitely reach back out to them!

Matt kindly worked with our schedule for a personal check in. The house was nicely stocked with everything you need and more, including high quality cooking pans, Peet’s coffee, an efficient washer/dryer and extra towels for the pool. The beds (including the pull out) were extremely comfortable. Lovely gathering spaces inside and outside the home made this a very comfortable space for my family.

We were staying here for a friend’s wedding close by at the La Quinta resort. We wanted something a little more private and home-y, as we had a baby with us. The home had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Big rooms, king beds, bathrooms, washer/dryer. With the added amenities (pool, jacuzzi, desert walking trail) it was a clear, no-brainer great place to stay.

This listing was amazing. It had beautiful views, the house was gorgeous, the hosts were great. Would definitely recommend booking to anyone.

Mari was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was flexible with check-in and checking-out, which was very much appreciated. She reasoned quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed that the pool was just across the street. I highly recommend this Airbnb!
