My wife and I felt even better than at home. But the true highlight is the host – Keti. She is not just a wonderful person, she’s an angel in every sense of the word. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm personality went far beyond anything we expected. She supported us even with things completely unrelated to the rental – we truly felt cared for and welcomed. This apartment was in a great condition, very modern and lovely for us to stay 1 week with our cat. Location is great, in a residential area, and has a couple of restaurants, gym and supermarket in the same block. Also, the metro station was at 5 minutes by foot. Tatia was super helpful, and very fast to respond whenever we needed help. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for a couple of days in Tibilisi!

Wonderful apartment in a new modern complex. There is a large grocery store in the complex and 2 more smaller grocery stores within a 2-minute walk. Also in the kopmlex there is a retstaurant and a 5-minute sushi restaurant and Georgian restaurant in the Khedi complex. Within walking distance from Avlabari metro station. 10 minutes walk to the park. 10 minutes to St. Trinity Cathedral with wonderful views and a garden. The apartment is very clean and bright. There is everything you need for a short and long stay. Wonderful helpful hosts! Highly recommend.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

The house is located on a hill in a traditional neighborhood without any tourists, so you can experience real Georgian life, but in a walking distance to the Old Town. There are also a few great viewpoints, often overlooked by tourists, offering beautiful views of the city and sunset. One of them is at the dead end of Chaisubani Street (41.704761, 44.807957). Tamara is a great and friendly host who can help with everything. I had an issue with the washing machine, and she resolved it quickly. The house is a two-story building with its own yard. Both floors have a living room. The ground floor also has a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The second floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. The master bedroom is a bit dark but quite comfortable and cozy. The living room upstairs is also very nice and cozy. The only downside is that some beds have a mesh spring base, which may not be suitable for people with back or neck issues. Thank you for hosting me.

Ulvi was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The flat’s location is ideal, just a few minutes by car from the Maiden Tower and the city center. The apartment has a great atmosphere with its light decor. We also enjoyed the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the first floor. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!
